NC Student Slammed to the Ground by Officer, Incident Being Reviewed

If he was protecting someone else or himself from serious bodily harm or death. That may not the case here but all we have right now is a video of the slam and a lot speculation about what actually happened.

 

Provide a link to what happened before this starts. The video has her mid-slam when it starts. For all I know she jumped onto him and he was slamming her off him. Your video is inconclusive.

Depending on what happened prior to the contact, police officers may use whatever force is necessary to subdue a resisting suspect.

Without the full incident for public scrutiny all any of us - including you - can do is speculate.

The issue isn't that police in schools are using excessive force, it's that police using excessive force is necessary to keep these students from killing each other.

If they pulled the cops out of this school probably half the students would kill each other in a week or two.

wrong over iq is the problem with street officers,why the lost of connection with community, a lower IQ is best because the officer has community base, high iq is ok for chiefs and supervisors

 

higher the IQ the large EGO comes along with it.. and that officer tends to have a i dont give a sh*t about all the trash on the streets thinking and tends to over react in situations, i know i work with a few over the years in secuirty..

 

the worst officers i work with over the years where ex air force go figure IQ is generally higher say 10 to 15 points then ex army or marines i noticed, these air force wing nuts where to tight tech like clean perfectionist guys could not relate with the general pubic very well at all and tend to over use their authority.
