I followed your advice above and did a Google search, the bulk of the results on the first few pages are about transmen (biological women) having dysphoria when they get their periods — the first item that is related to transwomen trying to have a period is a YouTube video from 2015 with a single biological female showing how it could be done, there are a few Quora posts and most of them are talking about what a period entails and speaking of HRT and the impacts that has on the endocrine system. There is one post asking if it is possible to use fake blood and several trans people posted that they wouldn’t be interested because it is an active event they would have to orchestrate and not something natural they could experience.

I have also never said this is not happening anywhere, I said it isn’t common and your inability to source anything showing this is a growing thing only reinforces that.

Why? Because science dabbled in politics, that's why. Instead of being interested in just the results and looking purely for the truth, the scientists wanted to verify their own preconceived notions of the world. While bias can slip into anything, we need earnest and honest scientists who can filter their own bias for the truth.

I didn't get that impression from reading the original paper. They not only analysed data from two poorly represented demographics related to monkeypox, but they also differentiated between them. Bread and butter primary science.
