So, were the Left Wing progressive revolutionaries who overthrew the Russian monarchy Fascists, "Neo-Fascists" or just semi-Fascists? ;-)

As I clearly stated, for the Trump Party, up is down, etc. The neo fascist call is coming from inside the Trump Palace! :)

Your partisan hackery around here has become the stuff of legend and you are not alone, there are several of you wealthy retired business guys on here that continually oversimply stuff and actually think that because you figured out how to make a pile of cash with your limited effort at analysis that everything can be resolved through a similar approach.

You're a Berkshire Class A holder? Hahahaha, cult follower much?

In fact, virtually all the Bolsheviks that survived the Russian Revolution confessed to being Fascists. ;-)

LOL! So, for the record, are you calling Trump a Fascist, a Bolshevik, a Radio City Rockette or all three? ;-)

I am not talking about whether what he did was right or wrong. I am trying to look it like a court would look at it. If he did not break a law, according to the law, he would most likely declared not guilty.

For the record? The reference to Bols and rockets are your up is down partisan spinning. As for the fascist reference? Trump IS a neo fascist. :) Pls don't keep minimizing the partisan projection role played by your posts :D.

Mishandling government documents is breaking the law.

Nobody cares. And with the Appellate Court decision that frankly pulled Trump out of the jam his lawyers had put him in, it's currently a moot point.

Voters care about Crime and Inflation. Only privileged Gentry Leftists care about Trump.

He doesn't need a memo. He can just think of it in his head.

I never said a fool can run a business or that you don't need to know anything. But the necessary fine details are limited to the fine details of management, which is a special skill in itself. If you know that, you can handle all the rest. If you don't, you can't. I founded the little company that I'm still running today about 30 years ago. It has clients in something over 110 nations, but it is small and specialized. I've run larger and smaller ones; prefer the smaller. Less people problems, and I always hated having to fire people. I've founded 7 other companies too- sold off most, but one which did very well failed to provide the emotional paycheck I want, so I gave it to my brother knowing he could do it better. Quit his job, jumped in. He retired couple years ago at 80; and transferred it to his son. They are both multi-millionaires because of it.
Nobody knows everything- and can't. Isn't necessary. You don't need to know how to perform the surgery you require- but you do need to know how to pick a great surgeon. Same for managing.

Due to the nature of the business I've been in, I've had direct contact with quite a few entrepreneurs with household names. Always took the opportunity to learn from them, ask their advice- and I'll give you an example. You have heard of Rent-A-Center. CEO and founder was Frank Barton, now deceased. Friend of mine was the architect constructing their first home office building. My company was brought in to construct special isolated static free floors in their computer center. I'd met him once previously at a private event, so we had a casual acquaintance. Before the building was completed, they doubled the size. Before that was completed- they doubled it again. They were growing that fast. I asked Frank what was driving the incredible growth, and he told me-" It's the mid-level people. We've got some great regional managers. All we do at the top is make decisions". Then he looked at me for a moment- and said- "Of course, they have to be the right decisions". What he was saying is that his job was to navigate, not row the boat. IF the navigation- the vision and management are right- everybody wins. If it's not, everybody loses. It's not as complex as you may think, but it's not forgiving either, and it's nothing like doing the work or service they provide. That's why the people at the top get the big money. Rare talent.

As for the list of Biden facts, of course it's biased, gathered to make him look foolish. Or at least- prevent him from hiding the foolishness from the public, pretending it's not so.

Does the memo say anything about a former President being allowed to possess government documents?

As president, he was allowed to classify and declassify. Therefore, that is not the issue. The issue is whether they could be considered classified while in his possession after he was no longer president.

That isn't the issue. The issue is whether or not a private citizen is allowed to possess government documents without permission.

We do it all the time with all sorts of government forms. This issue was discussed previously ad nauseum and I am not much interested in doing it again. Find some other pigeon.

That's because the government gives us permission to keep those forms.

No where on any of these forms does it say I have permission to retain them.

I have numerous copies of AF 77s. They never gave those to me. I just took them.

These are just standard documents that people fill out and are intended for public consumption.
