The upcoming GOP chair is saying he is investigating ALL of the Biden Family including Hunter business ties. What the GOP is desperately trying to do is link Hunter with his Dad, which will not bode well for Trump in the long run.

They don't care about Hunter or Jim. What they are going to do is use Hunter and Jim to get to Joe. It is Joe who is the threat to our national security. That was made clear during the press conference yesterday. I guess you missed it. They know Joe lied about Hunter's business dealings and they have the proof.

IT WAS OBJECTED TO AND OVER RULED.......geez.

Submitting a false affidavit is primary facie evidence of perjury and obstruction of justice. Do you know what that means? During the deposition his own attorney tried your distinction without merit and the judge stated it was sex of ANY KIND. His own attorney asked Clinton does that include sex of any kind and Clinton responded yes. Judge Wright totally dismissed his specious excuses in her contempt citation. And it wasn't just the sex he lied about it was the gifts and special treatment in return for the sex, the witness tampering with Betty Curry and subornation of perjury with Lewinsky.

    His name is Ty Po.

The House did not appoint Mueller the House is not supposed to engage in DOJ matters.

I do recall that the Democrats objected at the committee hearings because it was not considered a "high crime" under traditional standards. But on party lines, the committee voted to include that in the article of impeachment. As for Betty Curry and witness tampering, the articles of obstruction of justice and abuse of power, the GOP agreed to obstruction of justice, but not the abuse of power. Those items failed in the House. Now, fast forward to the DJT impeachment articles where Mueller actually spent 60 pages on the obstruction of justice where Trump literally tried to negotiate with Mueller on what he was investigating. Same thing, right? No, not according to your posts and conservatives on the Hill. Again, different strokes for different folks, aka hypocrisy at its finest.

But the point was that the lie or lying by omission is a tricky legal trick that sometimes does not work in a real court of law, such as Durham found out the hard way. Second, if you say you had sex, the image you will have is intercourse. If Clinton said he did not have intercourse, that is not a lie because no intercourse was admitted by either party. The whole irony of this is that the whole Monica Lewiski affair was a third party sexual harassment claim that Conservatives thought was unconstitutional when they first argued against it when the legislation came up for debate, much like what they did with the ADA and other important pieces of legislation in the 80s and 90s.

that name still does not come up in the Mueller Report. Try again here Blues.

The House gave funding for Mueller, about $3 million plus initially. Without that money, Mueller could not do his work. Get it now.

An appointment or approval does not have to mean this is what they want. They literally provided money for the special investigation, period. This was the House led by the GOP. Without that money, Mueller could not do squat with the investigation.

This is not about the hearings this is about a federal civil rights lawsuit and the criminal investigation into the felonies committed in it.

    Perjury is a high crime.

Judge Wright held him in contempt of court for it and he plea bargained the criminal charge.
Mueller brought forth no criminal referral as much as he wanted to.

The judge totally rejected that argument it was sex of ANY kind and the perjury wasn't just about the sexual acts.

They passed the Molinari Amendment named sponsor Rep. MOLINARI and signed into law by CLINTON. As Judge Wright ruled during the deposition over Clinton's attorney's objection he was compelled to give testimony as to any sexual acts he as a boss engaged in with any subordinate workers any special treatment, rewards, gifts etc he gave in return.

Oh just stop it for lack.of response.

The funding is automatic and your claim was THEY appointed him which they did not.

Why not? The voters were good enough to give us congressional grid lock so there won't be any partisan legislation for a couple of years. The Congress cretins need something to do, don't they?

Sixteen children of Presidents worked in the White House with their fathers, by the count of Doug Wead, a former adviser to Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush and author of All the President’s Children, and even more had unofficial influence.

P.S.- Trump and his children didn't take a salary. Of Biden's kids, two are dead, one was kicked out of the military, had a baby he ignores with a stripper, and is currently under investigation, the other is a step-daughter that according to her diary old Joe would have inappropriate showers with. lol

Bidens business is politics and he and his family have done quite well

You Democrats aren't even interested in how much the Bidens have made off of China, Ukraine, Russia, etc. Maybe we will find out together.

He sounds like a real idiot. You are welcome to him.

Supposedly he's openly gay, but he's such a clown, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that that he's secretly straight.

Of course he doesn't want any investigations, like the ones into how he misrepresented his resume to get elected to Congress. Or, that he may not really have Jewish heritage. Or, that he divorced shortly before starting his bid for office. So many questions to answer for Santos, that he'd probably like swept under the rug. That's why he feels some sympathy for Hunter.

It's likely was not done or simply ignored. Playing devil's advocate, the House was not supposed to be close so WTF knows what WTF was thinking what for the future.
