If Edward's marriage had fallen apart and he had divorce his wife and married someone else he would have had no problems.

No, part of the reason his first marriage fell apart was because after marrying his high school teacher and then going to college and growing up and deciding on his future, government service, his much older wife said that is not the life she wanted. He decided to pursue the life in politics he desired and the marriage fell apart as she would not leave Georgia. When marriages reach such impasse they are very likely to fall apart and one or both find themselves more attracted to people who support their life's desires.

Politicians get married and divorced, that's life. Edward's problem was the child and the denials at the time and the illegal use of campaign funds. That is why he is on trial. Is Gingrich on trial for something?

This interview should have happened before the Iowa primary. Everyone knew about Newt and the 1st wife had some issues, but they refused to cover it properly until they could damage the GOP. Their goal is Mitt Romney. Newt was surging again, so now is the time to nuke him. I would have liked to see him drop out before Iowa if he was going to drop out and offer Santorum, Johnson, Paul, etc... the opportunity to receive those votes.

This hit piece is well timed and nothing but establishment Democratic Party agenda.

Does everyone know that ABC News had the audio tapes of Jennifer Flowers and Bill Clinton prior to the election? Did they release them? Nooooooo!!!

We have a media that is absolutely manipulating the populace to enforce its desired agenda. The sad part is that some people don't recognize it and therefore sometimes they actually pull off their garbage.

They should air the interview immediately. If they are going to attack Newt, then let's get it done. When they are finished, can they dwell into Barack Obama's college years? Can we find out who paid for his college? Can we find out how he got accepted to Columbia University and Harvard Law School? Can we find out if he indeed applied as a foreign student? Why does the National Mainstream Media never ask these questions? Why can't we vet Barack Obama to the same extent that we do these Republican Candidates?

 

The standard was set. If Bill Clinton was electable and reelectable, and STILL a leader in the Democratic Party and STILL put up on a pedestal and admired by the left with his treatment of women and his wife then there is no issue here with Gingrich.

 

And let's not forget their real god - FDR. He was not pure in his marriage, either.

The fact of the matter is that Bill Clinton hasn't been a player for office for a long long time, but we constantly have references by the Republican partisans to his marital infidelities. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, all we hear from the partisan Republicans is how Bill Clinton and JFK cheated, and how the ex-wife was with a married man.

Newt Gingrich is running for POTUS and he has shown to be morally bankrupt. That IS news to some people and they should know the truth before they vote for a man that they wouldn't support if they knew his true moral character.
