This was the American peoples' message to these greedy, worthless players, owners, and governing board; "Look, the people you are after are the people you depend on. We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances. We guard you while you sleep. Do not f**k with us."
You're missing the point. If we compete to determine best, you can't have inclusive participation, and everyone has to have it demonstrated to them their inadequacies in a socialist world... It keeps you dependent....
but do they stand the anthem before they fight, that is what I want to know, that is the most important thing
NHL players shifts are about 45sec long. It does not compare to the amount of energy expended by the NFL players.
Then why do so many NFL players look like this? Especially linemen, who're 'out there' more than most.... In West Texas high school football, which is rough, I played on the line -- offense and defense. I sure as hell never sported a gut like this guy.
I am referring to other sporting events along with football. With the spotlight on the kneeling players, I think that you would indeed see kneeling players.
The very definition of a game is a competition to, you know, win. A good school will have intramural activities but it is ridiculous to think varsity teams should be selected by random draw as opposed to, you know, merit.
Yeah way down is an exaggeration. They do conclude that the ratings are down and so is attendance. That’s only after the first two weeks btw.
According to that link, it’s a fact that ratings and attendance are down. What’s not a fact is the way down part.
They restructured the commercial break pattern this year in an effort to economize the whole process.
Some of the fastest men in the world played football. Deion, Bob hayes(they invented zone coverage because he was so damn fast), Darrell Green, the list goes on and on and on.
You know, there are hundreds of that same catch made by high schoolers every week floating around on YouTube. Yeah it was a good catch, but frankly, the best reception ever had to be the Immaculate reception(and I’m a Cowboy fan). Know what you don’t remember about that game? Giants lost.
Which "Immaculate Reception"? There are quite a few catches using that name. The only REAL "Immaculate Reception" was by Pittsburgh's Franco Harris v the Raiders on 12/23/72. What catch are you referring to?
Nah. Dopey show. But Donald Driver and Emmitt Smith were good when they were on. They both won. Usually the "celebs" are a bunch of Disney stars I never heard of, washed up has-beens, and the ex-wives of famous people, like Trump and Paul McCartney. The athletes are the most interesting usually.
Stop it! Yeah, it was either a Sunday or Monday night game, Collingsworth was in the booth, the Giants lost to the Cowboys on opening day and the Giants suck elephant balls this year.
