Fraud does not come in only one version. If a large number of votes is "misplaced" from a precinct which is predominantly of one party, I would suspect fraud because the overall result is a loss of votes for that one candidate.

No. I only say that it is worth investigating rather than just writing it off as a mistake. Additionally, even if it was a mistake, procedures should be changed so that mistake is not made again in the future.

 

And exactly how is that supposed to happen when the states close the books so that the voting cannot be investigated.

There is evidence. Misplacing thousands of votes is evidence.

What you are failing to understand is that this is not like any other court case. For example, they suspect that someone has stolen money from a company. Generally, the company will open their books for an investigation even without considerable evidence.. For voting fraud, the circumstances are different. They cannot even look at the records without a court order because the poll workers are not obligated to cooperate. Therefore, even if evidence is there, it may never be found because no one is doing an investigation sufficient to find it.

You have closed your mind to any opposing view. and clearly no amount of explaining will result in your opening your mind to opposing views.

If they found them, wouldn't it be much more b ligical to assume that someone misplaces them in error? If it was an attempt at election fraud by Democrats, wouldn't they have first made sure the ballots in question were all votes for Trump? They weren't. And wouldn't they have destroyed the ballots, not just misplace them?
