Conspiracy theory forum is thataway -----> Unless of course, you care to prove it...I'll wait...and wait some more... BTW, did you know, more blacks are now employed than at any point in US history? Say "thank you, President Trump".
We have conservatives and the Citizens United decision to thank for all of that. The money in politics was bad enough before that, but pretending that corporations are people and money is a form of free speech has made dark money the norm rather than the exception. BTW, I recommend that book, "Dark Money" by Jane Mayer.
The DP has not included the working class since the deal with the devil in the 90s. They just asked where would the working class go? And assumed they would still vote for democrats. Books have been written about what clinton did to the people's party .Guess people stopped reading books. And msm wont inform democrats of the treason of the 90s.
Its always a conspiracy with you AJ. I've linked to several lefties who are furious at the Democrats lack of diversity.
So what? There are several "Righties" who don't like Trump. Rick Wilson, Ana Navarro, etc. So what about the "opinions" of those "Lefties"?
Oh? Really? How about the GOP and "diversity"? Trump has the WHITEST Cabinet in recent memory. Since when did Trump"s GOP get the high ground to lecture others about diversity? I must've missed that memo.
The dems just talk about diversity but they don't personally practice it but expect everyone else to. Look at CA and NYC, big lib strongholds, big HOA and Co-op high rise buildings. They have rules where diversity is not allowed, stray from the rules and out you go and it's all about protecting property values. Money talks, diversity walks. Or how many times have we heard libs talk about 'my friends in the black community,' or 'my friends in the Muslim community,' or 'or my friends in the Latino community,' yet never say they moved into a black, Musli9m or Latino community. From the outside looking in, it would appear to me that libs like to virtue signal but in the end don't want to live the virtues they signal.
Yup and we aren't even talking about actual diversity-just diversity of appearance. Diversity of ideology is not to be tolerated.
Ok, so what's wrong with being white? From where I sit, when I see a minorities hit the jackpot they move into white neighborhoods. Hey, I just know you're going to love this: Diversity means NOT WHITE. Are you proud of what your side created? According to Wiki, the US is 70+% white (that's their number, not mine). So how can the above claim of diversity mean anything other than Not White?
If you are going to quote me, please include the ENTIRE Quote. Failure to do so (include the ENTIRE Quote) could appear (in the opinions of some) to be "Trolling".:smh: In the future, you may want to avoid even the appearance of that sort of thing. Nothing personal. Just a friendly reminder. And, yes: Since You DIDN'T address the rest of my post here is your chance: How about the GOP and "diversity"? Trump has the WHITEST Cabinet in recent memory. Since when did Trump"s GOP get the high ground to lecture others about diversity? I must've missed that memo.
But, in all truth, Democrats have been putting forth their own privileged picks for many years also. Lyin' Lyndon Johnson? RICH! John F. Kennedy? The wealthy Kennedy empire. Franklin Roosevelt? Very, very wealthy from way back over a hundred years ago. You can go all the way back to the families that founded the United States and it's difficult to find any of them who weren't already wealthy even before one of their members was elected as president.
Such a circular argument. If all candidates were given equal access to television and other media, equal appearances in debates regardless of polls or funding, and the same budget for staff and flyers and such, the people would perhaps know them all equally well. Instead, whoever has the most money tends to be the best known, which garners the most votes.
One thing you perhaps haven't considered is the fame that often accompanies wealth. Combine that with the years of service already under the belts of the men you mention, and that makes them well known.
"Dark Money" is a very interesting look at big Right-wing money factions and their behaviors. The only problem is that it really only examines the Right-wing, Conservative sector, and almost completely ignores all the machinations of the Left! I could also say, tongue-in-cheek, that if the Right-wing money 'boys' are so all-powerful, then they've really done a really piss-poor job of steering or brainwashing the country. Left-wing, America-hating radical Democrats have all the real momentum now. It can be argued, though, that they've accomplished their primary goals of preventing ANY meaningful reform of the U. S. Tax Code, and, they've used their back-office network (in an odd off-again-on-again collusion with the Federal Reserve combine) to boost stock market values to insanely overvalued heights....
Piss poor job? On the contrary. They've managed to keep us under a minority rule more often than not. That takes a lot of money. And if you have proof that rich leftists have engaged in the same practices, give us a link please. I take extreme exception to your arrogant assumption that leftists hate America. I'm sick of righties constantly asserting that ridiculous meme. It's insulting. I love my country every bit as much as any righty. The left doesn't make that claim against you, although good arguments could be made. All I did was recommend a book. I was civil and polite. All you had to do was to say you've read it and disagreed with it. No good deed ever goes unpunished. (BTW, did you actually read it? Or are you repeating a right wing critique?) If you can't leave the utter hatred and personal insults out of your posts, please stop replying to mine.
So Joe just got an endorsement from John Kerry. Kerry will campaign with Biden. Another old, rich, white guy lol.
Most leftists and democrats are pro-America, but most Washington Democrat politicians and their ilk are now openly anti-American and anti-democratic. Surely you have noticed.
