He's bending reality to suit his scheme to protect the One. The NPR article does not quote the official as saying that a lack of range or fuel had anything to do with the decision to withhold CAS. Furthermore, the admin has been tight lipped about naval air power or Obama's actions, orders, and location on the night in question. He was also unable to directly answer the question about the withholding of support.

Clear target as in a guy standing with a target on his shirt? The CIA guys saw the mortar crew and asked where the CAS was. It wasn't there because Obama never sent it. Targets can be buildilngs and areas where enemy fire is coming from.

 

Really? You cannot have a reaction plan to a sudden attack? Have you ever served in the military?

Where did the drone come from? Why didn't they arm it? Did they decide not to arm it because it was flying over Libyan air space? If so, Obama needs to be fired for incompetence.

There are dozens of US embassies and consolutes in the Middle East and virtually all of them are under threat all of the time. I find it amazing that so many come out and condemn Obama for following the advice of the generals in charge related to the attack on the Benghazi consulate but they never condemned former President Bush for the numberous attacks on US embassies and consulates while he was in office. Could that be because Bush "the Chickenhawk from Texas" followed the military commanders advice?

 

I was an army guy in a joint assignment. No one was calling for a squadron of F-16s. Are you assuming the F-16s would have to return to their points of origin? You know they can land in many places.

Let's assume that you are right and the one term Marxist actually asked someone other than Pansy Panetta for military advice. Wouldn't that be further fuel for impeaching him? After all, if he asked for military advice and his worthless SECDEF said there is nothing we can do then why did the president and his minions lie about a video for two weeks?

I see that about 500 retired generals and admirals believe, as I do, that Obama is a disaster and must be defeated. Today is the day to do it.
