Such as when the accused is blatantly known to have tried to kill someone? And people can be denied bail on what they might do if released it literally happens all the time. Ever heard the phrase 'flight risk'? BTW did you look up Julian Khater and George Tanios? They were two people who allegedly attacked a cop and had their bail denied. Any thoughts there?

In what disjointed universe does someone following approved police procedure to restrain a violent career criminal who had just ingested fentanyl resulting in their accidental death constitute felony murder 2 and 3?

In the universe we inhabit, where they're trained not to use that procedure as they used it on suspects they have cause to believe are high on narcotics as they all 4 admit they suspected of Floyd on tape, because of the high medical certainty of death in those circumstances.
    That one.

It was CLEAR (to anybody with a pulse and a remaining brain cell) that Judge Marshall's replacement would be Black.
There was no need for Bush to announce that 1+1=2.

So, you're comparing Trump nominating people based on their ideology to Biden nominating someone based on race and gender and think that its the same comparison?

If that is the case, and you really believe that, then you should have no problem getting rid of college racial quotas and AA laws and scholarships that are just for POC and just let people hire whoever that they want. Its all the same right? Or do you and you know that there is a difference between Trump hiring based on ideology and Biden hiring based on skin color and gender...(which would actually violate AA laws just so you know).

So your saying that qualifying based on ideology is OK, but gender is bad. And FTR, he said he would nominate a woman that was qualified to be on the SC.

Both are qualifiers, but you don't like one of them therefore it’s bad.

    OK

There is absolutely no difference in what Trump did, and what Biden is doing. Both are setting pre-reason for the pool to choose form, yet both pools of candidate are qualified to be on the SC right?

The constitution provides the power to nominate a justice to the president. It doesn't express any opinions on who a good candidate should be. It isn't even a requirement that a justice be a lawyer. You responded to a person who doesn't understand the constitution with a partisan statement instead of explaining how and why the justice selection process works.

Last I knew, using skin color and gender as a basis is discriminatory and a violation of AA laws. And something that the "left" is supposedly against. Or was until Trump was elected. Now they're all for discriminatory practices, against white males. You and I both know damn well that if Trump, Bush, or any Republican had said that he/she is going to purposefully nominate a straight white male then you would be up in arms hollering to hell and back.

So its perfectly acceptable to you for a President to nominate someone based on skin color and gender? Replace the words "I'm going to nominate a black female" with the words "I'm going to nominate a white male". Would it be perfectly acceptable to you then? We both know that if any President had said that the left would be screaming bloody murder.

Its not discrimination if it’s a POC or a woman. It’s ONLY discrimination if it’s a white male or sometimes Asian. :)

Leftists have no concept of what discrimination means anymore.

Yes, the president can choose whomever he likes. Perfectly acceptable and designed that way by the founders. I recommend paying no attention to what the left says. It is almost always wrong.

    LMAO!
    Nobody "knows" that.
    You speak ONLY for yourself.
    Don't forget that.
A fun game though, let me try...
"Yo Man! We BOTH Know that The Sun Rises in the West".
    ^How did I do?

Anyway, does anybody seriously believe that HW Bush didn't choose Thomas (over several other more qualified candidates) strictly because he was Black?
    Get real.

Yes, people do know that. It happens constantly. Systemic Racism is committed by the white man because he supposedly has all the power... remember that now? The difference between your analogy and facts is as idiotic as the distance between your analogy and the facts.

If you have evidence that he did then feel free to provide it. Unlike Biden he never even hinted that it was because of his skin color. But hey I could be wrong on that. If so then I'll condemn him also.

Yes it does. The supreme court has ruled that a quota system which excludes candidates because of their race alone is racial discrimination per the 14th Amendment.

You can always go to south dakota where the attorney general killed someone and walked away free.
