There is absolutely no difference in what Trump did, and what Biden is doing. Both are setting pre-reason for the pool to choose form, yet both pools of candidate are qualified to be on the SC right?

 

The constitution provides the power to nominate a justice to the president. It doesn't express any opinions on who a good candidate should be. It isn't even a requirement that a justice be a lawyer. You responded to a person who doesn't understand the constitution with a partisan statement instead of explaining how and why the justice selection process works.

 

Last I knew, using skin color and gender as a basis is discriminatory and a violation of AA laws. And something that the "left" is supposedly against. Or was until Trump was elected.
