You're full of it, pal. Legacy refers to achievements in office when applied to the Presidency. Those are his PERSONAL achievements as POTUS.

I gave you information that blew a hole in your hot air anti-Obama balloon. Don't try to shift gears or change the subject....you're not fooling anyone. If you don't have the intellectual cojones to concede a point, don't waste time and space with this nonsense of yours.

 

Trump's foreign policy is inconsistent at times. He spoke about bettering relations with Russia, moving away from NATO but at the same time, has professed the strong neo-con position of a Pro-Israeli position.(Which makes the recent "Don't give Trump intelligence" report, laughable). So really, we dont' know what Trump will do.

Especially since conservatives and ultra conservatives have positions in his cabinet.

 

I predict that the outcome of Trump's Foreign Policy will be fairly indistinguishable from that of Obama and Bush

 

Possible. And if domestic policy doesn't lead to improvement, the two party sham will be crushed.

 

In other words, SOS with Trump trying to manage a public persona to cover his screw-ups and subject ignorance.
