You have to compare the US to all other developed countries, not just one, and you have to compare a wide variety of healthcare statistics, not just the ones that make the US look good. The US tends to do better at statistics that only look at the quality of individual treatments. It tends to do worse when you factor in problem that occur when people delay care because of healthcare costs. Delaying healthcare causes expensive problems and is very bad for health but that is apparently how people in the US handle healthcare.

Thank link does compare the US to all the countries you want.

And you do know that the worst countries for delaying procedures are the socialist countries right? The wait times for Canadians and the UK, and most of the EU is much longer than the US. Read the link, its all there.

If we imported another ten million people from south of the border, I'm convinced our government would follow the EU into the abyss. Indeed, American Left is embracing EU-circa 2007 policies as if it's new and we're not watching this utter collapse.

Of course, the EU plutocrats(no different from our ruling plutocrats here) like to blame Putin for their own domestic follies. Notwithstanding that those groups existed prior to Putin's ascent in 1999, and notwithstanding their own political folly(Yellow vest moment.)

Macron exists as a picture perfect icon of everything wrong with the globalist model.

Which countries do you believe were left out? I gave you two links with numerous comparisons that includes virtually every developed country at least once, especially the larger ones.

Wait times is only one factor in healthcare, and you have to look at things like survival rates, error rate, disease rates, and much more. Another factor to consider is that Americans tend to delay healthcare because of cost, sometimes by years, and that delay is never represented in these studies that only look at wait times after setting an appointment.

Wait times vary depending on the country and the type of care needed. Canada is really bad and trails the rest of the developed world in wait times. When it comes to wait times to see a doctor, the US trails a lot of developed nations, but at least its better than Canada.

“We’re going to have insurance for everybody,” Trump said in an interview with The Washington Post. “There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can’t pay for it, you don’t get it. That’s not going to happen with us.”

I expect we're going to see the socialized healthcare systems in Europe gradually collapse under the weight of so many new people. The health systems will still be there but they will be a shell of what they once were, becoming like the healthcare in Cuba and Venezuela, and the people with the means to pay for private care will do so.

In many other countries, certain types of life-saving treatments and procedures are not available because those countries can't afford them. That's why you see the rich from those countries travelling to Europe for medical treatment.

You might see, for example, patients be given an x-ray instead of an MRI to save on costs, even though that has less accuracy and could cause doctors to miss a diagnosis.
Or certain heart conditions could be "inoperable", even though surgical procedures to correct the issue may be routine in other countries.
That's what it means to sink into Third Worldism.

Probably there will be long wait lists too.
A few patients might die before they get the surgery. (All the better because it will help cut costs)

How can I put this delicately...? Barack Obama was dirty, conniving, despicable LIAR, and the truth is nowhere in him. He lied or mislead the country endlessly about his gigantic 'Obamacare' scam, including costs, savings, coverage, on and on.

We were going to save $2,500 per year in premiums... remember? That was only one of Obama's more prominent, bare-faced LIES....

Epilogue -- "Obamacare" has finally (FINALLY) been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL.... Link: https://www.foxbusiness.com/politic...as-unconstitutional-by-federal-judge-in-texas

Now, of course, this lower court decision will be appealed to the Supreme Court, where, as before, Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts remains in power. He was the same "Justice" that unconstitutionally morphed the law which Obama and the Democrats produced as a "mandate" into a "tax" -- so that it could be considered to be 'constitutional'... 'kinda-sorta'....

So, what will John Roberts do this time? Even with Obama-era stooge "Justices" Sotomayor and Kagan behind him, along with big liberal, Ruthie Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer, Roberts may have a more difficult time cramming this 'Socialized Medicine' ploy down the nation's throat for a second time....

Republicans will still control the Senate, so the likelihood of a new package of handout welfare "subsidies" is far less likely than when Obama had an obedient Democrat-controlled Congress to give him this important component of "Socialism-lite"....
