This is the way I understand it.

Insurance companies frequently request medical records when evaluating claims. The adjuster needs to corroborate your records with the medical bills you submitted for compensation. The insurance company doesn’t have an inherent right to view your records, which is why they will ask you to sign a release granting them the right. But without medical records, your claim will most likely be denied.

The Repub health care plan is that when a person gets sick he should hurry up and die if the biblical health care plan doesn't work. That is the one where the sick person is rubbed with olive oil and has prayers said over him.

Even if the dummies pass a Medicare for All plan it will still cost each person probably $8,000 a year or more if it is modeled after the Medicare plan and if you can get a supplemental policy. Can people afford that much?

I had crap ACA coverage via mandate.

Now "healthcare" insurance.

Its widely known the ACA (obamacare) was a sham.

 

American health insurance is a sham. My wife walked into a pregnancy orientation, which just turned out to be a nurse in front of a powerpoint for an hour along with five other couples. They charged me and my insurance $900, I paid $700. Makes college look cheap.
