The Neturei Karta issue is too complex and too off topic here, but basically yes, at least some of them are antisemitic, they hate their own people. This is not so hard to understand. Adherents of extreme, totalitarian ideologies usually hate (and persecute, if they can) all those who don't agree with them, including their own people.

Whenever the Zionist question is debated, someone on either the left or the far right is bound to bring up, sooner or later, the anti-Zionist Neturei Karta, in order to "prove" that "true Jews" are anti-Zionists. It's a variant of Godwin's law, really.

No, I'm not religious. I don't see islam and christianity in the same way like you do. Christianity has a checkered past but today supports values consistent with peace. I can say the same thing about every other major religion except for islam which set out from the beginning to convert non believers at the point of a sword and continue to do this to some extent today. Christianity preaches religious tolerance for the most part and islam does not.

The west bank Gaza and east jerusalem are not part of Israel, they are occupied territories according to international law. Even Israel accepts that in the case of the West Bank.
