I don't think there's any reason to believe that's true.

That our laws are evolved institutions going back into the depths of even pre-history?

Seems like a perfect position for even a Marxist to take.

It's pretty common in Europe for parties to be openly Christian. Merkel heads one of these parties.

yeah, ask the jews how much compassion German Christians showed them, religions makes some people think crazy things like other religions killed there Jesus - religion is all fine and dandy till people start wanting to force it on others, then it becomes convert or kill when the crazies get upset you wont convert

I think religious freedom for all is best, government should stay out of it

While I'm having trouble connecting the grammar between my post and your own, it's true that the secularist pillar of Turkish politics has been falling by the wayside.

In a lot of ways it was a façade emplaced by Turkish elites to begin with.

Not at all. Christian parties have been a political mainstay in Europe for generations.

Muslims have no business criticising this action by Germany.

So what. Has nothing to do with the separation of church and state is hardly there in Bavaria.

The connotation I'm making is obvious: Bavaria is nowhere near intermixing church and state in any serious way. The Catholic Church and the Free State of Bavaria have no shared bureaucracy or polity.

There's no ad hominem attacks in my post and I reckon you don't even know the meaning of it just as you don't know many things you post around. Calling a bigot a bigot is not an attack, it's like calling a dog by its name to address something to it.

Christianity is dying out in Europe while Islam is growing. Anyone can criticize Christianity, and many do, but Islam has many defenders, almost entirely leftists, and criticism of Islam is also illegal in many areas.

Islam is the only religion that has a 'phobia' following its name, a great propaganda coup, where criticism of Islam must be the consequence of a mental disorder. https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/8005/europe-mosques-churches-synagogues

There was nothing bigoted in her post. That's a term used by those who lack a reasoned response.

They got a Christian party placing Christian symbols in and on governmental property.
    So that's obviously not true.

Laws are expressions of class relationships, they aren't institutions of themselves and they have no divine source. They're the justification power gives for itself.

Could it be that they want to stand up to all the Minarets and Moshes that are in the process of taking over Europe?
What is wrong with reclaiming one's original faith and let the world know what you are about? Especially Germany is falling with enthusiasm over its own feet to please other cultures and ethnicities. The Germans are about to lose their own identity in their embraced Multiculturalism!
