I agree completely. I served with a bunch of guys from the Philippines. When they got into the military from the Philippines it was like hitting the lottery. Toughest hardest working guys you would ever meet. And back then they all got citizenship. Military should always be a path to citizenship if you are eligible to join and you serve honorably

I can't say. That was only my personal experience and did not come across service men from other countries. But the military used to be huge in the PI and I know they allowed recruits from there
