    Well the ICC is available. I'd focus my energy there instead of on stone throwing and rocket shooting, especially if I want to be seen as the victim.

    How about removing civilian infrastructure from foreign soil? That might be an effective strategy to avoid being targeted.

    Further, it's inane to suggest Palestinians should focus all their energy on having the Israelis brought to justice by the international community when the US obstructs them at every turn. Unless they can find a sneaky way around US vetoes so we can finally bring the wrath of the entire world down on Israel in the form of sanctions and the forcible removal of all forms of infrastructure from Palestinian soil, but Palestine itself doesn't have the legal resources or education infrastructure to achieve that internally, mostly because their schools are blown up by missiles and their intellectual class is consistently targeted by Israel's dystopian intelligence service...

    The ICC has already found against Zionism in terms of its illegal wall and is waiting for the Zionists to demolish it. Let's proceed one ICC case at a time.

    Lol got any more jokes this morning Moon? Because only the naive and those with a hate of the the Pals would allow such a ruling to become fact.

    oh here is that comment and post by a pal supporting terrorist;

    comment; Palestinians are the newest of all the peoples on the face of the Earth, and began to exist in a single day by a kind of supernatural phenomenon that is unique in the whole history of mankind, as it is witnessed by Walid Shoebat, a former PLO terrorist that acknowledged the lie he was fighting for and the truth he was fighting against:

    Pal terrorist comment; “Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian?”
    “We did not particularly mind Jordanian rule. The teaching of the destruction of Israel was a definite part of the curriculum, but we considered ourselves Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem. Then all of the sudden we were Palestinians - they removed the star from the Jordanian flag and all at once we had a Palestinian flag”.
    “When I finally realized the lies and myths I was taught, it is my duty as a righteous person to speak out”.

    If by not accepting and criticizing a demonstrable criminal act is 'sour grapes' I am guilty. If by refusing to allow the corrupt UN violate me by dictating what is and what is not reality is 'sour grapes' I am guilty. If the PC world wants to voluntarily bend over and take the UNs definitions of reality up the 'you know what' while holding the Vaseline, well, that is simply a confirmation of my beliefs and hundreds of millions others who reject the lie of a true Palestine nation, and it comfirms the truth of Gods will being done on earth by creating Israel in 48’. Also as per scripture Gods allowed Israel to win war her nations borders and her to exist a fact. As we both know, lucky for the PC of the world, the confirmation of Pal being a UN creation is only a fraction of the way there. It's called OBSERVER STATUS, however It's up to them if they allow the violation to proceed. So the grapes are sweet, still I do not like to see anyone violated much less a large portion of the world, idiots or not.

    The key word in your comment is 'non-member'. There is a huge difference between an so called an non member 'observer state' and a member state. Of course the UN does NOT dictate nor define fact. Even if the UN made Palestine an real member instead of a bastard entity that resides in an impotent capacity in created category (with a total of two states) less than a full member status still the UN does not define reality.

    Btw allow me to 'educate' you;

    "In addition to its 193 member states, the United Nations welcomes many international organizations, entities, and non-member states (currently only two) as observers. Observer status is granted by a United Nations General Assembly resolution. The status of a Permanent Observer is based purely on practice, and there are no provisions for it in the United Nations Charter.[1]"

    Also my mood lightened when I discovered that the new Pals ie the non-existent status..er 'I mean 'non-member observer states' CAN NOT vote on resolutions and other substantive matters. Lol, kind of the despicable USA thing making a slave 3/4ths of a person, however in this case its wholly ‘spicable’ [sic] lol. One last thing; Palestine could apply for full membership status..but if they do I am afraid it will not happen. Well if the USA remains true to God, we will shagg as you say, because the USA or any member state can VETO the request with a vote. So it I am not losing any sleep over this matter. Hopefully the pals will gather their wits (and restore their dignity) by doing the right thing such as follow UN protocol negotiate with Israel and become a real nation.

    lol, I like it when you guys get all pure and rightous :)

    Israel gives the finger to the law but the Palestinians has the right to refuse an accepted country in the UN....

    Im not appologizing for anything here Skinny, if they are serious about peace they can call us, on my part ill never support one way withdrawal and count on the good faith Hamas has, and btw, about "not be given a choice", if Hamas remains with its current line honeybaby, they have much much chance to lose control over Gaza than gain land back and that's a fact.

    Again, as an actor on the geopolitical stage, Israel has no role- legally speaking- in deciding what it will and will not do. It's not about being "pure and righteous" it's about respecting the law. If the US finds and alternate method of achieving favourable stability in the theatre without the use of Israel as a proxy, or congress refuses to listen to the militant Israeli lobby (both possible short-term outcomes) then Israel will have a very pissed off international community to answer to, who are bored of having their shoes spat on by a deviant actor refusing to adopt its given role, with numerous harmful and effective mechanisms for imposing its will at is disposal.

    Being a right wing extreamist is one thing, roll down our pants and bend over to Hamas is another, I support niether.

    Your refusal to support an agreement before Israel withdraws yet you say you do support an agreemnet - makes no sense to me. it sounds like you got something else planned or simply go along with Hamas view without giving it a second thought.

    If you are "bending over" to anything in the proposed scenario, it's to the international community. That is a state's role as a limited-influence geopolitical actor. Otherwise, you are a state engaging in criminality.

    First of all, no agreements have been offered by Israel that don't allow them to continue expansion. Secondly, the former is moot because withdrawal is non-negotiable. For the millionth time, a legitimate state's sovereign role in deciding what they will and will not do is limited by international law, not by the state's own might, with few exceptions (Israel is not one of those exceptions).

    Israel's refusal to withdraw is stunting productive dialogue. Withdraw, then find peace agreements, Hamas will certainly moderate if their country is no longer littered with Israeli military and civilian infrastructure, and they are no longer subject to arbitrary and unprovoked attacks by intelligence services and gunship helicopters. If you're worried about an Israeli-Palestinian border being a point of conflict, then clear out civilian infrastructure and inhabitation on your side of the legally defined border and create a militarised buffer zone. Will that be expensive? Yes, but regardless it is your sovereign responsibility if you don't want to be a criminal state subject to action by the international community. The rest of the world has no responsibility to accommodate your policies- regardless of intent- at the expense of another sovereign state.

    The west wont make Israel withdraw without an agreement, it will come to accuse Hamas if they keep their agenda as is, Im sure of that.

    Your suggestion about withdrawal to 67 lines without an agreemnet will never happen.

    The Zionists are already required to withdraw to the pre-1967 borders by way of the authority of Security Council Resolution 242. Bollox to your ' agreement '. Comply with the Resolution.

    MYTH ALERT!!! MYTH ALERT!!! MYTH ALERT!!!

    Really Gilos!!!!

    You know full well that by the time that the Arab countries invaded Israel over half of the Palestinian ethnic cleansing had occurred, driven mostly by propaganda, fear and physical expulsions orchestrated by the Zionist militia and terrorists.

    Why do you persist in propagating this Top-3 Zionist Myth? It is just so dishonest.

    Again you have it wrong. It was the Zionists who accepted UNGAR 181, right? And then, not half a year later they utterly violated every core element in '181' by unilaterally declaring independence. Where in all that is sacred does '181' give a bunch of Central European immigrants the right to take over the role of Administrator of Palestine? NOWHERE!!!

    Please stop the Bull-crap. You should know better by now. Repeating those lame unfounded Zionist mantras just demeans the credibility of any of your positions.

    Palestinians were the first to lay the blows, the red cross witnessed one war lord crossing the Jordan river in March 1947 with his army stating he came to liberate Jerusalem, his politic rival the Mufti seiged Jerusalem Jewish part and prevented food a nd water to the pop, these were the first blows of the 1947 war, then Israel attacked and then the Arabs invaded, altou theu mobilzed way before if conscrips form Iraq reached the land the next day.
    And they invaded parts that had nothing to do woth "Palestine", thats another fact.

    I told you I oppose settelments, I agree with the initial occupation in 67 as a strategic act - to be lifted when we reach an agreement.

    If you see it as a crime then so be it. I dont think you can understand what Im saying anyway that's why I suggested you speak with someone else.
