    Hidin Biden ain't gonna win dude. If he does I will still be here. We need to take the house so we can impeach him for some totally fictional reason. It's a precedent now. If Biden loses are you still going to be here?

    Personally I feel Biden should participate in the debates, it is the proper and traditional thing. While I disagree with Pelosi on the debate, I too agree that Trump's rhetoric is out-of-line as POTUS. His allusions of voter fraud unless he wins and his leanings with QAnon make him less than ideal to have a genuine discussion.

    Democrats are scared to death to think of senile, fragile, old pervert Joe get up there to debate Trump.
    Trump should insist on a minimum 3 hour debate, standing. Joe won't last 20 minutes, before he starts crying.

    If I am a democrat I don't want him up there either, it cannot possibly end well for dementiaJoe

    God forbid that the U.S. Speaker of the House, who has been groomed for decades to find diplomatic solutions to issues through negotiation, would ever feel that communicating with the holder of the Executive Office might be a positive for the country's citizens. Instead, communication between the House and the Executive Office, or anyone conversing/debating our President, is "illigitimate". Thanks again, Nancy! What a team player and unifier.

    There isn't enough plastic surgery or Botox in the world to cover up the aging effects of 3.5 years of daily rage, hate, and anger. Very unhealthy.

    Biden’s DNC speech was hailed as excellent because he got through reading it without a gaffe.

    Debates? I can hardly wait. Might need some first responders to work a little overtime.

    Biden cannot avoid the debates as he has already committed to them and there cannot be a good answer as to why he should not debate.

    Pelosi continues to act as if she were a surly teenager.

    Disorganized combativeness is often a symptom of dementia though just as Biden’s tussle with that autoworker a while back. These actions serve no purpose.

    So I’m trying to find something that can justify these churlish actions.

    Any leader not willing to discuss and debate their stances is not one I'm going to support. You don't deseve the position if you're just going to refuse the people the oppurtunity to hear you defend what you truly believe in.

    A debate with a liar is no debate at all...

    Sadly (heh heh), I cannot watch any of the debates anyway (except Kamala/Pence) since I plan on sticking with my Trump-Free rule...

    Pelosi is a whack-a-doodle. She says to the press, "Don't tell anybody I told you this, especially don't tell Joe Biden..."

    Of course, Biden says he'll debate and be a "fact checker on the floor". Sounds like no matter the debate question, the plan is to just call Trump a liar over and over, rather than respond to any debate question.

    60 million voters who put Trump in office? Fear that the neo-Con/neo-Lib collaboration and corruption of the last 30 years among political elites might be exposed and people might actually be demanding that the government starts working to benefit the people again? Outsiders are not welcome at the Washington D.C Party.
