I find that absolutely not relevant when the guy is being liften of the floor by the throat. Seems more like your idea of choking means the throat must be crushed shut, or else air still can come out.

It was the perpetrator who made it an uncontrolable situation and yes you are trained that control the head controls the body. That means grabbing it. Don't want the police to grab your head, DON'T RESIST. I don't understand why that escapes you.

 

WHAT? He's as tall as the police officer and the police officer is bigger because he overweight, the perp probably plays sports. He was putting up a fight, END OF STORY. You're going down and put under control.

I didn't see the kid attempt to fight back against the officer, not once. The officer grabbed him by the neck and used that to slam him to the ground off camera, then pressed his head on the edge of a curb.

Officer should be fired.

 

Have you watched the TV program BOSCH? What is the color of the killer that rides bikes he steals and is called the Korea Town Killer? Call them if you object much.

You guys don't know martial arts if you think that's a choke, he grabbed his neck collar so he could throw him to the ground. If a suspect is assaultive, use of force continuum dictates the cop use non-lethal hard techniques. I've lost track of how many people I've seen thrown to the ground and arrested in the cop shows and live police chases. But this guy is black so: blah blah racism, cops are evil, future astronaut, needed to attack store employees to buy books for astronaut school, etc.

 

You probably are the expert and can explain to the forum why a civilian can arrest in a better and fairer fashion than the cops do. Bear in mind the cops have vast training prior to walking or driving the beats.

 

I saw this on TV today and I started laughing. The black admits he got way out of line and seemed to me to be trying to calm this down.

The huge cop has hold of him and he is like a butterfly trying to escape. Truly amusing.

 

Frankly if you are correct, and when I saw it on TV, it looks like you are wrong, my man, I do not care. I think the punk admits he was being a jerk in the Waffle House.

Folks, I ate at one in VA on one trip and they are decent waffles.

 

If you want to go before the judge then submit to the arrest. We have rules, you act civilly in a public establishment and if you don't and the police come you obey their orders.
