From the perspective of the women and children dying in the conflict, it doesn't matter all that much who started the war. Many of those people may not even really understand what the war is about. And I guarantee you they couldn't care less about your bias.

 

I know lots of russians, even work with many. Some of them I even showed some of the posts here on this very forum, and some laughed out loud at them, others confirmed they thought some posters were likeli paid trolls, others they said were just clueless tools.

These people are not stupid, they know what they are saying is not true. They say it because they want to brainwash people into believing it for political and personal reasons.

There's a little propaganda handbook that's given out to those being paid by the CIA, Soros or criminals like Khodorovsky, teaching them how to undermine Russia because they want to overthrow Vladimir Putin for committing the greatest crime imaginable, doing what is right for the Russian people, and not letting American corporations steal Russia's wealth.

One of the things stated in the book from what I gathered by the forum members, is to make sure the topic headline undermines Russia, since the headlines is what sticks in people's minds the most.

Another is that when they lie and slander, they should accuse others of doing it so people will be confused. Like for instant call people Russian trolls if they do not criticize Russia, that way people might not notice that they are the ones who are trolling against Russia.

What is most common on the forum though is what Hitlers propaganda minister Goebbels said, and that is if a lie is repeated often enough then it will be believed no matter how ridiculous it is. This is why certain trolls keep repeating the same things over and over against Russia no matter how much you prove them wrong.

Anyway some of these posters need the money and they come across so ridiculous that I feel they aren't doing any harm, so let them have their fun.

Our land survived feudal wars, invasions of nomads, the black death, fall of one dynasty, several attempts of enforcing foreign monarchs, age of palace intrigues, two revolutions, civil war, two global wars, Union, it's dissolution, two failed coups - and now a bit of politicial opposition would doom it, sure. Right. Absolutely. 100%. Writing down my last will already. Certainly going to die because we got some strong, not-fake opposition in the country right now. Diversity of opinions would doom us all, for sure.


My country has opposition to the current ruling party, it is normal. If that party cannot keep people's support due to lack of positive results of their work - it's their problem. Should've worked better, should've been more popular de facto and not just on paper. We're not children there, and politicians are not children too, if they fail their work - they get out. I am not oblieged to be giving second, fifth, or tenth chances to anybody who repeatedly disappoints me.

 

Putin =/= Russia, write it down on paper and glue to computer, if needed. We lived before Putin - and will live after Putin, as well as not oblieged to be responsible for his deeds, as well as not oblieged to blindly believe the unproven accusations towards him. We have that peculiar thing called "brain", and, thankfully, use it.

 

Since you're so smart, it's a pity you haven't noticed you're being provoked to respond in a way that might get you banned for a while. You keep falling into it. But then again considering those you support, you seem to fall for a lot of things.
