This is not something we voted in. It didn’t go through our legislative body. The only person who could have fought this is the governor and he chose not to. He will lose many votes over this. I have shared it in my circle and no one agrees with it. He’s very likely to get more emails today other than just mine. I’m going to talk to my county officials about it when I get home as well. I won’t stand for this out of my home state.

The score system is one aspect of an entire method of distribution, pertaining to risk factor. Risk factor uses race along with many other factors that try and generalize individuality to focus on those with high risk.
