    Trump was right. You don't give arsonists matches, and you certainly don't use incendiary language to a Democrat base which is made up of crazy loons who aren't playing with full decks. They have NO foothold in reality. So when Auntie Maxine says, "get in their faces wherever they are and tell them that they're not welcome here" that might incite violence because they think Maxine has given them the green light.. Or when Hills says, "you can't be civil to Republicans," that might incite violence because crazies think that talking doesn't help, but punching might. Or when Holder says, " we kick them," that might incite violence because crazies take it literally. Or when Booker says, "confront Congressmen" that might incite violence. Those are just a few examples of the dog whistle politics that Democrats use. Violent rhetoric is meant to invoke a violent response, and to people who are looney tunes, they don't need much. Democrats are really playing with fire...these "leaders" know EXACTLY what they are signaling to their base. Otherwise they would be calling for working together to solve problems. The Left HATES and that leads to violence...wake up

    Except that the organised threat is coming from the left.

    The right likely has the same percentage of wackos as the left. The difference is that the right's wackos aren't being stirred up into crazy behaviors like tbe left's are.

    There is fault across the political spectrum. Both President Trump and Rep Waters have engaged in rebarbative rhetoric. Neither side is above using dog whistles to make a point and be able to say”that’s not what I meant”.

    Scalise is faking outrage. No one seriously believes Holder's comment was a call to violence. Either that or they are so out of touch that they think "go low" and "go high" are also literal. This is right up there with the people who complained about the crosshairs on Palin's map being a call for violence.

    I have stated numerous times in these forums. No to ANY and ALL violence.
    I don't think either party can go high.
    Which is why I said, they all get what they deserve.

    What did you think about Palin calling for usage of 2A rights?
