Well I wish we had a US President who could clearly define the US national interest and avoid war. On the other hand, I'm not even sure we have a US President...

Shocking what our media has come to over the last decade.. not that it was much good prior - but now it mostly echoing state sponsored propaganda or/and divisive hot button issues - "Stormygate" "Russiagate" and so on. CNN - "The most trusted source in news" - is near all "Editorial" First rule of journalism school is what now children ?? "Thou shalt not Editorialize"

Yeah - sad commentary. Not sure about the voting machines -definitely an security issue but, the larger issue perhaps is that the voter has been turned into a machine - and programmed as such.

Red can not save us - although they may not botch the world up as bad as Blue - only by accident. Red platform is a demographic time bomb that has been ticking and going off for some time ... if the electorate shows up .. Blue wins - Despite doing everything in their power to suck.

The geopolitical situation is a different saga and story - Red or Blue matters not so much - both have same objective in general - just different approaches.

What I don't understand is how a war with Ukraine would help us - or the world for that matter. All this does is keep our attention focused on Military - inflating its perceived value on the geopolitical chessboard - something the puppet masters are desperate to do .. and with a complicit media - which makes sense cause they own them... keep the gravy train flowing.. The Total spend was over 1.2 Trillion/year pre-covid... all in vets - spies - homeland security - dark project.. - giving arms to Ukraine/ "foreign aid" ...

Only train bigger than that one is healthcare - 3.5 Trillion total spend in 2018 - public and private. Fed revenue for the year was 3.6 Trillion - just to put that number in context - and the abject stupidity of our system .. unless you are the puppet masters as they own the Healthcare Oligopolies and the Insurance companies ..

but whoo whoo - no worries .. money is now falling from the tree .. everytin goona be alright once Covid go away.- Biden in charge now ..

Power play, seeing how much they can push before Biden reacts.

The Russians never make idle threats. They consider it a weakness. If they say it's a casus belli, then believe me it's a casus belli - and Washington knows it. That's why Ukraine is not in Nato.

I think it's the other way around. Considering our actions in the Black Sea, Syria, Arctic, and Eastern Europe, it's more like Washington's doing the pushing and not Russia. What are we doing in that part of the world anyway, and for that matter what in the damn world are we doing in the Far East and the S. China seas?

Ukraine is not even a candidate for Nato because they know it's a casus belli for Russia. Only idiots would want a world war to support a Nazi extermination campaign.

What are our terrible actions in those places? And no, Washington is not pushing poor widdle Russia. In case you've been consuming nothing but propaganda for the last several years, Russia invaded and annexed Crimea and is giving military assistance to separatists in Eastern Ukraine, and is now openly threatening to invade that same territory while amassing forces along that border. They're showing absolutely no respect for Ukraine's sovereignty and no respect for international laws, and they use stupid, false allegations against the US as their excuse for doing so.

    You really ought to stop.

First off, Russia didn't invade Crimea. The Crimeans held a referendum and voted to secede from 'Ukraine' and then voted again to join Russia. The vote was monitored by international observers, including reps from the US, and they concluded the election was legit in all respects. You can not claim the Crimeans have no right to self-determination when the US bombed the **** out of Belgrade for some muslims in Kosovo to break away from Serbia. Your problem likely is that the Crimeans wanted to be rejoined to Russia, as it was for hundreds of years except for a brief period between 1954 and 1991, when it was illegally gifted to the fake country of Ukraine. The ONLY time Crimea was invaded was shortly after they declared independence in 1991 and Kiev decided they didn't want them to have their freedom.

Russia is giving military assistance to ethnic Russians in the Donbass, that's true. Reason why? Because the neo nazi Ukrainians/Banderites are trying to ethnically cleanse fake Ukraine of Russians. Russia is also providing food assistance and electric power. Mind you, $500 million US tax dollars were supposed to be used to rebuild infrastructure/provide power to the Donbass but that money has landed in corrupt hands.

So yeah, the Ukrainians are trying to starve out and snipe off as many Russians as possible, all because of Obama's coup in 2014.

Tell us more about international laws against genocide, please do. Sending money to the Ukrainian government right now that they use to exterminate indigenous Russians....that's what the US is doing.

There will never be a US military base in Crimea. This ain't Kosovo and Camp Bondsteel II ain't happening.

Because the US cannot just pull up the drawbridge and pretend the rest of the world does not exist? Russia is a tyranny, the US a democracy. China is a clear and present danger to world freedom.

The Ukraine is not attempting to wipe put ethnic Russians, Putin wants to keep it under his thumb and the ethnic Russians are an excuse for intervention.
