Why does intel need to be 100% substantiated in order to reach Trump's desk? Early on during the pandemic he said he had proof that the virus came from a Wuhan laboratory, which hasn't been substantiated at all. The idea that intel has to pass a strict requirements in order to be passed onto Trump is laughable.
