I think we keep to keep giving Ukraine weapons. Then we need to help them until they have liberated their whole country including Crimea. Then we need to allow them to join NATO when the war is over.

Yes but that doesn’t just happen immediately. It takes time and manpower to train a soldier to be ready for live fire.

 

Ukraine had war in Donbas since 2014, which had daily seize fire violations. The absolute majority of Ukrainian reserves went through that war and have direct combat experience.

 

cmon, are you saying that Putin is not censoring the news. We americans are sometimes like sheep in following our leaders/political parties. But biden is not jailing rivals or stifiling public dissent in the same manner as putin is in his country.

 

It takes about 4 months at minimum. But what people fail to understand is that the actual fighting is taken part by just the tip of the iceberg. out of 100,000 troops I would think only 1/3rd are frontline fighters and 2/3rds are support. I would think it would take 2 months to take a trained squad/ Reserves in a support role to get them ready for front line duty. We don't callup the national guard and send them to the middle east the next week.
