O.k., so... if Germany is America's prostitute then America (USA) owes Germany a ton of money since 1945. Merkel, at the least, should demand payment now for every day the Americans are still using German services. Rammstein comes to mind.

Besides Germany is sorta the de facto base of operations for eastern Europe, rammstein, Wiesbaden, gelnhausen, Frankfurt, when I was there anyway.

USA and Russia have been in conflict for years now, Syria or Ukraine, both sides admit it thought Putin is more 'diplomatic' (never stops telling foreign media that 'US is not the enemy' but reminded FBS graduates they are at war with the USA).

The situation is bad and its going to be worse.

Personally, I try not to pick sides and encourage everyone else to be alike, empires are undeniable evil and make no mistake, they both are.

 

I wasn't "stationed "in Germany, my older brother was in air force out of Frankfurt, I visited several times, I "decompressed" in Mannheim after March 91.
Interesting about Degree, I've read about him, several theories out there who started WW2.
