Ruth has the right to hold the position until the end of her time and I support her decision either way. I hope she returns healthy and if the inevitable (for all) happens for her I wish the family best of luck to deal with the loss.
However for the time being she is alive and kicking and I hope she gets as much time on this earth to be/remain happy!

 

Wonder if her Grandkids know much about her? Just as well, lifelong abortion supporter. Kids dont seem to matter to her.

 

Not that I have noticed but maybe you know millions of democrats while I only know about twenty and a couple of them are members of the clergy.

 

By no stretch am I a fan of her ruling the majority of the time I do not wish she retires or dies. I hope she remains healthy and capable along with the others and most people in this world. Its sickening to see people wish death or make fun of her potentially fatal illnesses.

 

I agree that the event was overblown but accusations should be taken seriously and they had a duty to see those investigations through.

It still doesn’t overshadow the right just saying “no” and refusing any action, it doesn’t matter how many times you repeat it.

 

It's truly sickening to see the left keep her on the bench to her dying day. She needs to retire to die with family. It is more than obvious, she is no longer able to do her job and may be senile and barely concious.

No one wants her to 'die' we just want a concious person on the bench. How long has it been since her last public ruling?

 

I understand your point if view but that position is for life. I personally would like to see her retire based solely off of my political mindset but I dont want her to have to retire or see the need for her to retire even if she can't full do her job because the position is for life.

I understand the lifetime appointment. If we want mental checks on gun owners, why not mental checks on people creating laws (or at least...and / or ruling on them) determining the direction of our country?

When is the last time she was seen on the bench? Should not the job, require you to be present?

 

I don't necessarily disagree with a law that would make the judges have to actually judge more but given the current laws I can only disagree with what shes doing and not force otherwise.

 

We all know that you only have the best interest of her and her family in mind.

I really don't understand the moral indignation over Garlands treatment given the Democrats treatment of Bork Thomas Roberts. Statistics show Dems are much more likely to play politics with Supreme Court nominees than the other way around. Hell if Ginsberg was a Republican nominee with her past in political activism Democrats would've skewered her unlike the 90 plus yea votes she got

 

Personally if it was me I'd rather not have the hearing if the alternative is to have your name run through the mud with slanderous allegations
