I don't know what the population of Pakistan is but there are about 3 million boys going to madrassas.

Most of the world knows that Islamic radicals are more dangerous to Muslims than to the US.

on the contrary, my devout Shia Muslim pal from Khorasan is a US resident in good standing - he has traveled back home a couple of times to see his family and LOVES the USA because of the many good people he knows here; in fact he is financially sound thanks to the economic opportunities he has here that he did not have back home

The insta-pundits always blame Saudi Arabia because they can..

Most Westerners learn a new word like Madrassa or Wahhabi and just run with it.

I'll refer you back to the earlier link which I know you didn't even bother reading, because you don't want to be exposed to the truth.

    http://foreignpolicy.com/2015/07/01/indoctrinated-by-the-unregulated/

    Here's an excerpt:

"In Pakistan, madrassas have a knack for producing terrorists. The government is aware of this yet it does not have a consistent stance regarding madrassas. After the Peshawar school attack in December, the government made it a priority to regulate madrassas, but when the information minister, Pervaiz Rashid, spoke out against them last month, not a single member of government publicly supported him."

    - - - Updated - - -

That's one of the main ones, yes. And yes, I'm familiar with the implications of that.

    - - - Updated - - -

That sounds familiar...where have I heard of a similar situation...oh yeah, San Bernadino.

Have you ever lived or worked anywhere in the ME?

Pakistan is very poor and has very little public schooling.. Madrassas are small and serve boys from about age 6 to 11 or 12 when boys have to go to work.. and most do not teach radical Islam..

Yes I did. I bled in the ME.

You can sit there and say madrassas are just schools, but the truth is being spread about what they are, and what they are is a terrorist breeding camp.

The rest of the world admits it, why can't you?

Only 87% of Pakistani children finish primary school education.[12] The standard national system of education is mainly inspired from the British system. Pre-school education is designed for 3–5 years old and usually consists of three stages: Play Group, Nursery and Kindergarten (also called 'KG' or 'Prep'). After pre-school education, students go through junior school from grades 1 to 5. This is followed by middle school from grades 6 to 8. At middle school, single-sex education is usually preferred by the community, but co-education is also common in urban cities. The curriculum is usually subject to the institution. The eight commonly examined disciplines are Urdu, English, mathematics, arts, science, social studies, Islamic studies and sometimes computer studies (subject to availability of a computer laboratory). Provincial and regional languages such as Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto and others may be taught in their respective provinces, particularly in language-medium schools. Some institutes give instruction in foreign languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Persian, French and Chinese. The language of instruction depends on the nature of the institution itself, whether it is an English-medium school or an Urdu-medium school.

As of 2009, Pakistan faces a net primary school attendance rate for both sexes of 66 percent: a figure below estimated world average of 90 percent.

It's grand that, in this age of technology, when words fail us, we can always fall back on memes.

I assume you are a soldier who just watched when Saddam bombed our people.

I told you what Madresse means. Maybe you mean some special associations which I don't deny they exist, but that is an association, not madressseh, and are more like a party.
As Margot said, they are really dwarfed by the number of Madresseh's[=school]. So few people choose to join them.

Oh she passed the Immigration terrorist test, huh? Looks like BO peep just can't face the fact that the US was just hit, like France was. Albeit by lone wolves looking to support Daesh.

Seems like BO peep still has some in the FBI confused as to what their Job is.....which isn't anything about bending over for BO peep.

AP Source: Woman in shooting pledged allegiance to IS.....

The woman who helped her husband kill 14 people at a holiday banquet for his county co-workers pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group and its leader on Facebook, a U.S. law enforcement official said Friday, providing the strongest evidence to date that the rampage may have been a terrorist attack.

The official said Tashfeen Malik made her posts with an alias and deleted the messages before carrying out the nation's deadliest mass shooting since the Newtown, Connecticut, school massacre three years ago that left 26 people dead. Specific details about her postings were not disclosed by the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not allowed to discuss an ongoing investigation.

The FBI has been investigating the shooting at a Southern California social service center as a potential act of terrorism but had reached no firm conclusions Thursday. Separately, a U.S. intelligence official said Farook had been in contact with known Islamic extremists on social media. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to discuss the investigation publicly.

At the same time, local police to Attorney General Loretta Lynch cautioned that it could have been work-related rage or a twisted hybrid of religion and personal vendetta.....

Why won't they show any Pics of her? Where is BO peeps ass? Has he started stuttering with excuses yet? Has the Mope ran for cover now?

UHOO BO Peep.....come out to play lil mope? Time for some more of your pathetic stuttering before the Nation.

Oh, now someone can Slap Loretta Lynch Right upside her head. Real hard like! [IMG] ..... [IMG]

Is every single person who practices Islam an evil person? Of course not. I admit that fully.

Unfortunately the roots of the religion itself promote something we cannot allow to continue.

Until Muslim nations and governments cast off their stone-age mentality and begin earnestly fighting radical Islam instead of impicitly or explicity supporting it, you're part of the problem too.

    - - - Updated - - -

    go right ahead.

Then please cite examples of everyone who has acted on that in the last 20 years.

Please pick one of the two:

#1 We want America to be involved in fighting in the ME
#2 We do not want America to be involved in fighting in the ME

Pick one, because we're really getting tired of being asked to do both.

And I told you what Madresse does.

Terrorist based Madresse is not rare, in fact, they are popping up everywhere.

It is all Obamas fault and he is a negro and loves mooselums. We need a strong leader like Trump who has said that he will be fantastic and will make all mooselums be subject to water boarding. I have heard him speak and he said that if he gets elected he will fix everything in America and also that we will be so impressed at what he does because he has made lots of money. Finally the GOP had a candidate that has done well on reality TV. He is ready to be commander and chief of our military as he went to a very expensive military academy for high school and won a medal for neatness. This guy is the real deal.
