Again, I'm not claiming that what happened is either of these things, so what the **** are you going on about?

 

How is it doctored? This doesn’t take away Acosta’s tantrums over the last 2 years.

 

I can't comment on the 'grandstanding' allegation (Donald sure was) but do you agree she moved in very assertively, very briskly, stridently, and with clenched teeth and jutting jaw physically lasjed out with an outstratched armed, grabbed at the mic without an initial neutral gesture or request that he hand it over?

If this was truly an incident of unlawful aggravated (male on female) assault, is it not the duty of the White House to make a formal complaint to the Cops? Yes?

 

I say the video shows that the intern was the victim of Acosta's aggressive bullying - text book battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

This link in the OP shows how it was doctored. I care not about these other matters you refer to. This is the White House promulgating truly fake news via a doctored video, acknowledged world wide as having been doctored.

 

Hey that’s your right I saw a side by side comparison on YouTube and the differences are hardly noticeable, people saying it’s assault on the intern and people saying this is assault on media are both the same flaming partisans trying to manipulate facts. End of the day It’s the presidents show he gets to decide who’s there if he’d ban all of cnn I’d be on the lefts side but he didn’t he banned Acosta

 

The basic point is.....there should be zero differences. Sanders was promulgating a doctored video. Isn't it an offence to utter false documents/images?

 

I’m not sure on that but it would make a difference whether she knew it was doctored or not to me anyhow. This whole twitting is fairly new to presidential administrations. My main problem with this isn’t the allegation itself because she shouldn’t knowingly share doctored video but the timing. It seems like people are using this to vindicate Acosta’s behavior.

 

They should have two mics and remotely cut one off. They can call it the A-cost-a nother mic procedure.

 

I am totally unfamiliar with the history of Acosta. What I saw from him on this occasion was something quite typical of journalists doing their job fearlessly, as ought to be expected.

He was never ordered to do anything. At no time did she either gesture (in a neutral fashion) or even ask for him to hand it over. She was a determined, aggresive, strident, assertive woman on a mission which was to manhandle the mic from him.
