The media took the side supporting Obamacare. They took the side that expanded government’s control over our medical system. That control was taken from doctors and patients, then given to the government bureaucracy.

Government seizing control over large sectors of the economy is not what America is all about. It goes against our history, tradition, and culture. Yet the media was there, cheering on Obama as more of our freedoms were taken away.

Is the fact that the president averages 7.5 lies a day a partisan claim? No. It's based on the Post's Fact Checker.

If that's the average, that means that on most days he tells multiple lies. That's not partisan; that's math.

I'm sure there are a few days here and there with no lies recorded by the Fact Checker. But I'm guessing a little research would turn up a lie on at least some of those days, too; the Fact Checker is not omniscient.

So what part of that is partisan?

 

Except for the people who go to his rallies.

And who take the opportunity to intimidate journalists covering the cult.

 

The fact you actually believe someone could account for every single day in the life of someone and pretend they could come up with a realistic average on how often they lie.

Um, Trump is president. He gives speeches every day. Moreover, he tweets multiple times a day. It's all public. It gets reported on.

The Fact Checker number is not some sort of estimate: it's a count of every claim of Trump's they've rated false or misleading since his presidency began.

So I'm not sure why you think the number is made-up or partisan or pretend. It's documented. Indeed, as I said, the true number is undoubtedly higher because Fact Checker isn't omniscient; they surely missed some.

You can break it out by day or month. I wish that clicking on a day would link to the claims from that day, but that's not available. The searchable list of claims is below the graphic.

If you sort by day, you can see that indeed, there is an occasional day here and there with zero false or misleading claims. But they're few and far between. And because, as I've said, Fact Checker is not omniscient, it would be interesting to see if there were lies told that day that the Fact Check just missed.

FACT CHECK:
Unemployment has been steadily declining since its peak in 2010. Moreover, Trump now uses data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment rate to say this, which is a flip-flop from his previous claims dismissing the BLS unemployment rate as "nonsense."

They never deny it IS at the lowest level.

It is painfully obvous you never bothered to read this idiocy yourself if you are going to claim they are all lies when they don't even deny what he said is true.

So just as I said you made it up that there is proof he lies every day. Finally you admit it. But they're few and far between.

You have to prove intent for it to be a lie and never do they do that.

Trump long maintained there was no collusion, but now he claims collusion is not even a crime. He's playing games with words. Conspiracy to defraud the government is certainly a crime. No evidence has emerged of any collusion between the Democrats and Russia, whereas evidence has emerged of many contacts between Trump campaign officials and Russian-linked individuals.

He is right. Collusion is NOT a crime and conspiracy is not synonymous with collusion in the law. That's why they are different words with different meanings
