Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so

So was refusing to bake the gay wedding cake, but I hear from all sorts of people that business owners have the right to discriminate with whom they will do business. I happen to agree on both counts, and sure, it says more about the owner than the refused customer, as Sarah says. It tells us that the business owner is one to take a stand for personal beliefs even to the point of turning away customers.

 

Sanders tweeting about it was a much harder hit back than being excluded from a restaurant, and such an action actually would reveal a lot about Sanders if we didn't already know what a piece of human garbage she is.

As for being tolerant. I dunno, would you want a nazi or member of the KKK in your restaurant? The standards have shifted, but that's about how a liberal feels about Sanders.
