    Not exactly as Franken has admitted he was a pig. Moore's misdeeds are alleged at this point. But in principle they are equally wrong.

    Yes. IF the charges against Moore are confirmed. Same with Trump.

    Why did you cut out the rest of the definition? "Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape."

    Nothing proven within that definition, I am afraid.

    I'd encourage Franken's constituents to find a better candidate as well; but his response to Tweeden's accusation is far more civil and mature than how Moore and his defenders just call his accusers and the media "liars."

    It the picture he is not actually touching her. Rather, it is just a prankish stupid thing to do. French kissing her using some acting excuse? Yeah, creepy.

    This sexual harassment stuff has gone WAY over the edge, too far.

    If a guy - or a woman - is acting creepy, trying to touch you or making suggestions you don't like, get away from him or her. Until it truly becomes assault its just no big deal. These women running to People magazine or the press saying "put MY name in the news because well-known _________ touched by butt" or tried to have sex with her/him or made some crude sexual suggestion - continuing to claim it caused massive emotional damage - is ridiculous.

    Sexual assault/rape is a horrific crime. This calling anything unwelcomed sexual harassment or such is trivializing REAL crimes against women (and men).
