Multiple committees will. It's another aspect of the truth slowly seeping out despite Don's best efforts to keep the information hidden from the appropriate authorities. You are welcome to think that is inconsequential. Obviously the Orange Turd disagrees or he wouldn't be trying to block access to everything.

We have a constitutional right to all of our papers and records that only a Judge can penetrate. Democrats have no unique rights to tax returns.

Congress is limited to for purposes of creating or examining tax law.

Long term cap gains are taxed at 20% usually, and there is the one time exclusions that help. It's the short term cap gains that will bite... I have a number of them for this year, and it's gonna hurt.

You totally obliterate your own argument.

Present please as a lawyer does to a court of law. Do you think a judge would allow you to call others terrible names?

You do realize, the use of juvenile name tags really devalues anything you have to say, but have at it if it helps ease the pain.

How about making all your tax returns public, after all, if you have nothing to hide.....

I studied income tax law in college but since then the laws have changed so much, I am out of date. A point about my own son. Say I want the IRS to mail to me, his tax returns. They will deny me his returns. Democrats act like they are special and get to break laws.

And the best part is they have to get them from the IRS!

There never has been a law that says a president must divulge his tax returns from his time as a private citizen. I believe once a president, they will divulge but not to satisfy the hate of the Democrats.

You would have to prove the legal necessity, AFTER your son gave permission. Trump being POTUS opens the door for other legal means, and they very well may go to the Congressional Committee. It will take them years to untangle the multiple corporate entities and investments.

All this hoopla, to prove a point, I guess.

Are you suggesting that a tax return cannot reveal crimes? Yes or no?

N.Y. state Senate passes bill allowing Congress to get Trump tax returns

This no doubt will end up in court. No state can usurp federal law.

However when a state attempts this, it is always done by Democrats.

Democrats afford a common criminal more rights than they want for presidents. That is ugly.

They can. But, as I stated before, for all his arrogance, he isn't stupid.

Correct. I would never get my sons returns unless he signed IRS forms allowing it to happen.

People have been so stupid as to embezzle company funds and by knowing law, pay taxes on embezzled funds because they understand the IRS has no authority to tell the FBI.

I recall one such case in the SF Bay area but doubt Google can locate it. Seems Google set up the search engine to favor Democrats. A search there is pissing me off since clearly they are biased at Google.

So Your Wife Embezzled $500,000 and the IRS Wants to Tax You
How one man used the ‘innocent spouse’ rule to win some relief in Tax Court

Rick Jacobsen’s wife embezzled nearly $500,000.

After her conviction, the Internal Revenue Service asked him to pay more than $100,000 of taxes due on her theft. Yes, embezzled funds are taxable, and Mr. Jacobsen and his wife had filed joint tax returns.

If you were in the real estate business you know well that any government loan application requires the applicant to submit three years of tax returns. If the applicant refuses, the loan will be denied on that basis alone. We obviously need to enact the same standards on anyone who would like to apply to any high government position.

There is no if. And the mortgage firm gets those tax returns. But only the self employed will be asked for past returns. Definitely refusal to show his tax returns to a lender absolves the lender form having to loan money to the customer.

We cant cancel existing law out of spite. Democrat do this out of spite.

By law the tax returns are compelled to be turned over. Once that happens Congress can pursue any illegality it finds. Fraud, money laundering, campaign finance violations, tax evasion......anything.

I suspect the SDNY is already looking at any or all of these potential violations.
