    Why is that? Stupidity is not a crime. Allow those who have silly opinions to have them.

    its incitement to deadly violence, and that should be a crime

    Who gets to decide what is to be deemed as "incitement to deadly violence" and what is a reasonable punishment for such crime? Actual violence is a crime. Inciting it is not.
