I will. It is ethically imperative, to me, to pay the percentage of my legal tax burden that goes to the enforcement of mutual volition.
It is equally ethically imperative, to me, to make every effort to not pay the percentage of my legal tax burden that goes to violations of mutual volition by force of law.

Of all of the people that I've encountered on the internet, you come accross in writing most like your photo, harmless but hard to take serious.

Its illegal to possess a loaded rifle in any part of NYC other than at a firing range or at home, unless its for an emergency.

though I think its a low level misdemeanor if he had a permit for the rifle, which he certainly didn't as he wasn't a NYC resident.

but i think both charges are misdemeanors for the first offense.

You can write whatever you want in your My Barbie Diary, but yes, delivering a threat is illegal. Its not my fault you have zero clue what common laws are.

No we shouldn't. But lets start in order with the 1st amendment first and arrest you for your comments on here or do you like some amendments as they are?

You sound very much like the white separatists that make my home state infamous. Love their guns and hate their government. And do everything they can to thumb their noses at the latter. Thankfully however, we've been able to rid ourselves of most of them. Did themselves in by the government nose-thumbing.

You never answered. Should we restrict your 1st amendment rights. Read your last sentence. What does that even mean? lol dungarees? Your jokes are horrible. You should be arrested under your own constitutional trampling. Do you agree or would you object to losing your 1st amendment?

Shallow observation. Skin deep, literally. Says more about you than it does those you so transparently try to offend. God bless your heart.

My observation is that you love your guns, love your Bible and have little use, if any, for government. That you've been prosecuted more than once, at least by your dubious claims, for shooting other individuals. I've seen your "mutual volition" philosophy mentioned more than once, coincidentally only by you and, not only is it, at least, boring and useless bull(*)(*)(*)(*), it is, in the extreme, a recipe for anarchy. Rather than the libertarian you claim to be, you are truly an anarchist at heart. Reserving the right, by your own words, to obey the laws you wish to obey, the unjust (complicit) government be damned. An anarchist with Jesus and guns for their validation.

I'm sensing a lot of pain. You abused as a child? You live with shame; I hear that. It's ok. Take it out on me. I have big shoulders. It's ok.
Everything is going to be ok.

Do you really have any rights if the government can impose limits on them?

All I see above is a stupid rambling screed which idiotically attempts to compare a guy who committed a crime with a gun to one who declared that he would defend his right to carry a gun with his gun.

    What a stupid rambling screed.

The law kept him out of jail. The jurors merely recognized it. Get your facts straight, and stop being a bitter liberal.

Rep. Jim Bridenstine Shrugs Off Questioner Who Called For Obama To Be Killed

Submitted by Brian Tashman on Friday, 1/31/2014 5:25 pm

At a breakfast event with the Tea Party organization Tulsa 9:12 Project last week, Congressman Jim Bridenstine (R-OK) saw no need to rebuke or even disagree with a questioner who said that President Obama should be executed.

“Obama, he’s not president, as far as I’m concerned, he should be executed as an enemy combatant,” the questioner said, before asking the congressman about “the Muslims that he is shipping into our country through pilots and commercial jets” (a claim based on a bizarre right-wing conspiracy theory).

Hi , supply the link. You will notice the 1st element of threat, is the person being threatened has to be aware of it. Sorry, Bush wasn't. Because the second qualifier is that the person being threatened has to experience fear for their life. Sorry, Bush wasn't.

    Giita long lil doggie.............

I can write a message here at my desk that would threaten your life, but if you are unaware of it, you are not threaten. Just common sense. And instead of patting butt for Mr T, you could go read the OP that makes my point. Well, go read the law

Im not off topic at all. YOU started a thread entitled "Should the 2nd Amendment be upheld to the letter" I asked you what your thoughts were if we restricted your first amendment rights. Sorry dude you don't get to tell people what questions to ask. If you don't like being asked questions then don't post in a political forum stick to "finish this sentence" or "whats your favorite color" forums. I think that's what youre looking for.
Interesting though, you apparently don't want your first amendment rights touched but like trying to stifle my ON POINT question in YOUR THREAD by telling me Im off topic then in the following sentence you yourself are completely off topic not to mention another odd personal insult joke that is against forum rules and isn't funny. "The following Tuesday?" Today is Sunday Yesterday was Saturday so....your joke doesn't even make sense. But hey keep making them so I can point them out! Theyre great in a fascinating sort of bad comedian way.

    Wrong

I do not need to supply a link to the law you need to go read it.

Threats do not need to be made in such a manner that the person be threatened is aware of it in order to be illegal.

I know of people who have been arrested for posting threats in social media and the person being threatened had no idea.

Do you think they arrested this guy who threatened Bush for no reason? You need to read the law you are ignorant of it.
