Not sure they could legally do that. If she hasn't been convicted of any crime in the courts of law or any other legal forum, I think that SCOTUS would rule against impeachment, especially since she did not commit an impeachable offense while serving as POTUS.

The ramifications to the GOP in a failed attempt at impeachment would be obvious.

 

It depends on what may become unearthed in her emails. It would be hard to impeach her for the private server and classified emails, but if something new is unearthed, it's possible.

 

No, they are suppose to act to the will of all Americans. Not one specifically.

 

While I never wanted another clinton or bush in office ever again. I would take anyone over either of those 2 families.

It is weird to see so many babies try to halt the function of the gov't just because their party/candidate didn't win. And the election is still 3 months away.

The one caveat about the prediction of political suicide. Its never been done....so they have no clue as to what the fall out will actually be.

 

Another thing they could do is Censure her......Humiliate her before the Nation. Call her out over her Crookedness and Compromising National Security.

Again, it's possible, but the Republicans are weak. They won't do it. Hell, the Republican Establishment is voting for her anyway.

We've got bigger fish to fry, in my opinion. I look for an escalation in the war in Syria in her first year and a serious risk of military confrontation with Russia under her leadership. If Congress really wants to do something worthwhile, Congress might think about asserting its constitutional authority over whether or not this country conducts war or not.

Problem is of course, congressional Democrats will let her march us off to war because Hillary is their Queen, and too many Republicans are pro-war as well.

Those of us who want a rational foreign policy are going to get shut out. I think we're screwed. Did you see this? ....

No, they're not. They represent their constituencies. The American people aren't the constituency of Senator Jeff Sessions. The people of Alabama are his constituents.

Maybe if you spent a half century or more on this planet. You might be able to talk about political parties with someone who knows all about them......but I doubt you can exercise a more thorough understanding of them.
