The "kids" were teenagers, had been living at the father's while the mom went to through school, it is very common for teenagers to choose to stay (and custody is typically THEIR choice) with the parent living where they have grown up and gone to school, where their friends are etc.

(Abortion Barbie) Wendy Davis’ Ex Asked a Court to Order Her Not to Use Drugs Before Seeing Her Kids​

News has broken that Wendy Davis lied about her background. She is now playing victim blaming Greg Abbott.

It is her ex-husband who talked to a left-of-center Dallas reporter. It is also her ex-husband who asked a Texas District Court to issue a temporary restraining order against Wendy Davis in 2003.

In that order, the judge ordered that Wendy Davis “be immediately restrained from . . . using illegal drugs or consuming alcohol within 24 hours before or during the period of possession of or access to the child.”

Speaking of the child, at the time her daughter requested her father serve as her managing conservator.

It appears that Wendy Davis did not just leave out key details. Nor does it appear that Davis is just being held to a different standard than a man. It appears there is much more to Wendy Davis than meets the eye.

You really don't have to go looking for things like this. What I don't understand is how the DNC vetted her. Well, we can see that in Obama too. The vetting. Even Mooch can't take the lies.

She didnt fight at trial for them kids. She said "I got a few husbands under my belt and I sacrificed my kids for a career, time for me to start thinking about number one and ditch those brats. ". Although there are crazies on both sides of this issue such as a person who denies there are not at the very least SOME moral implications involved with aborting a Healthy Fetus in late term....which is a VERY RARE OCCURRENCE as only 1.3% of all abortions are done after 21 weeks and after 23 weeks this percentage drops down to under .002% or 2 out of 10,000.

The VAST majority of abortions done are well before a Fetus obtains the beginnings of sentience which is right around the second week of the 3rd trimester and this can now be determined by a Fetal Brain Scan in the womb...as prior to this moment when the Fetuses Higher Brain Functions can be seen turning on like tree Lights...using such a scan...the Fetus has not yet become sentient and even after such a scan determines such Fetal Higher Brain Functions are present this is just the BEGINNING of sentience not actual sentience.

But still a person would be hard pressed to say after the point a Fetal Brain has been determined to have begun Higher Brain Function that termination of a viable fetus in a healthy non-rape or incest specific woman can be so easily justified.

However there is complete justification for Fetal Termination at ANY TIME when either the Mother's life is in question or if the Fetus has been determined by a Doctor to be Non-Viable.

As well we have CRAZIES on the other side of the issue as some Pro-Life Protesters who find no issue in shooting and killing the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at a Planned Parenthood Clinic and then have the audacity to claim they are PRO-LIFE...they are not.

In the end the vast number of American's understand and have made certain the Abortion will always remain legal as it is necessary.

The best way to drastically lower the number of Abortions is to make Morning After and Plan B...drugs that will not allow the implantation of a fertilized egg cell in the Uterine Wall....readily and easily available to all women of any age and covered by Universal Healthcare.
