    For dinner/breakfast at 4AM after my shift:

    - lamb stir fry with Asian vegies

    - boiled potatoes

    - Au jus gravy

    - Sangria wine.

    Frozen actually is normally better tasting than fresh.

    The fresh ones in the tank are in shock and they get thin.

    The frozen ones were frozen fresh and fat.

    Used to get live and kicking in our own trap about 30 years ago, now THAT was fresh. SIL used to catch their own crab's on the west coast, seriously good stuff.

    Most frozen tastes like it's been frozen, and meat a little mushy from the defrost. As I said before, Red Lobster isn't the place IMO, for the better stuff.

    Actually RL has pretty good frozen lobster.

    They also have Larry in the tank but like I said those are thin and in shock.

    Today is Fish Friday so I will have dinner at the mall with fish and chips, substituting more cole slaw for the chips.
