The Aidells sausages { they have a few } are as Organic and
free of stuff { Preservatives }as you'll find.
I'm trying to think of the Range fed beef {organic diet } from
    that chick { Nancy's } er something.It's shrink-wrapped and expensive.
Not even as good as the top commercial grade.
I saw some Fantastic Filet Mignon yesterday.I was temped to buy
,one. There now $ 21.oo lb. But I have a nice veal chop I gotta cook
    so I bought a Ruby Red Trout.Plus a 3-pack of Skrink-wrapped
Lamb chops for later in the week.

That is humane. One of my friends husbands use to let them walk around the kitchen before the boiling. Not sure if that was humane or not...he thought it was. lol

I season mine afterward as well, but I season the boil water too. I have found bringing the pot to a full boil, lowering the basket-o-crawfish in, allow to return to boil, turn off heat, cover, let steep for 30 minutes is the way to go. I then pull and drain the basket, dump crawfish in a clean ice chest and sprinkle a little more seasoning on.

Aside from the standard corn, potatoes, garlic, onion, lemon and sausage, I have been putting large artichokes in and boiling. Eat the chokes cold on following days.

Home roasted coffee is so much better than store bought roasted. Huila is a good coffee to roast so is Popayan and Bucamaranga all from Colombia.

I'll give those a try, but yeah, you can't beat home roast.
I roast Guatemalan huehuetenango trim time to time. It's a good one.

What may be more important is the water used in brewing.
Just like the Ice Cubes used for On The Rocks, top shelf liquor.
Most folk don't stop to think about that.
Then again most folks eat like morons. With all kinds of hot sauce
and overly breaded and fried stuff like chicken and shrimp.

Water is definitely important but I wouldn't call it more important. Home roasted beans make better coffee period. My water is really good though. I have a clear ice machine in the bar for the drinks. freezer ice tastes funny and store bought ice has dirt and hair in it. Yuk!

I like my fried foods. But I am not that fond of hot sauce. Eating is a pleasure. I will eat what I like. I quit smoking, don't drink, and exercise. And I eat what I like.

My neighbor has been borrowing my lawn mower for over a year now because I said he could borrow it after his broke down. Now the man mows like ten yards besides his own and gets $50 a yard. I think I am going to break my mower and tell him he should mow my yard for the rest of the year when he gets that new lawn mower he has been "looking at" for a year but never seems to be able to purchase. It is too hot for honesty. I need clever to win the day.

It's a waste of money to buy lawn mowers, power tools, etc.
    That's why God created neighbors.

    Find a real Mexican restaurant.

Then try the fish tacos there.
