What don't you understand? A CC Permit follows a lengthy background check and aren't issued to non-US citizens. Anyone can get an in-state college ID.

Indeed. Someone attending a college from Bolivia can get a valid student ID. It doesn't make them a resident of a state.

Nope. Here in California, people can qualify for low-fee ID cards that are good for 6 years and cost $8. If you are 62 and older, they are free.

Wrong again, but don't let that stop you. And trust me, you aren't fooling anyone but yourself.

Nah....the enablers are idiots who think getting a valid ID is somehow difficult....even for a COLLEGE student! Geesh....if they can't handle getting an ID, what are they going to do if they actually have to perform at a real job?????? Well...besides becoming democrats and getting elected president that is.

Poor, B.O. Pray tell, frantic child, what is, "...but some loony Zimmerman sort is welcomed with open arms."

Here is a list of IDs accepted. Please note, they are all issued by a government agency.
    "Texas driver's license
    Texas election ID certificate
Department of Public Safety personal ID card
    US military ID
US citizenship certificate (does not require an expiration date)
    US passport
license to carry a concealed handgun issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety"

Responsible people welcome any eligible voter with an approved ID. Democrats, on the other hand, welcome dead voters, voters from other states, voters who have already voted repeatedly, and foreign nationals, without any form of official ID.

Some states do allow photo IDs from state schools but I suppose Texas has had enough experience with the university in Austin to recognize the problems with that.

Stop pretending otherwise. Even your goons admit it!

“Pro-Second Amendment? The Castle Doctrine, it’s done. First pro-life legislation – abortion facility regulations – in 22 years, done. Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done.”

Bull, a full time student is TOTALLY a permanent legal resident of whatever state they're spending a majority of the year in.

If any SCOTUS members retire in the next year and a half it would be Breyer and/or Ginsburg. The reasons why are too obvious to warrant explanation. However in reality I doubt any will

Then they don't want to vote.

Bet every one of them can find the means to go see the latest movie...go get some beer...go to a club...

    http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/driverlicense/electionid.htm

It's free for crying out loud. Anyone who doesn't have any other form of ID...and also doesn't get one of these...simply doesn't want to vote. This whole thing is a madeup issue by people who wnat corpses, duplicates and non citizens to vote for them.

And Democrats encourage them to vote absentee in their home state and in the state of residence. Isn't voter fraud sweet?

The only voters I've seen intentionally and systematically disenfranchised in the last 55 years has been Americans serving in the military. Care to guess who it is who disenfranchises the military?

In most cases I agree, there are some exceptions to that but not many. Now as for the last statement I am sure that does happen occasionally but the way the Cons whine on and on about it one would think that elections are actually being determined by a the few verified cases of voter fraud, and that is simply dishonest unless a person can actually back up the claim. As with this case, did anyone go in a verify that the ballets put into the box were valid or not? Was the man questioned and an investigation started into the matter? If none of those things were done then what we have here is someone with a known agenda attempting to make a claim based on nothing more than their own hunch because they suspect the person was doing something illegal and the fact that the person told him off when he questioned him. Sorry but unless real evidence is presented supporting the mans story I simply cannot take it to be the truth based on his word alone.

Let's see your facts on your accusation.
They votes were counted just after the fact for some and it changed nothing in the election.
Ask Paul voters many of them claimed the GOP committed voter fraud several times in the last two Presidential elections to keep their guy from standing a chance of getting the GOP nomination, they are Repubs complaining about..............Repubs.
Once again we have accusations and few facts, that is not the best way to determine truth in any matter.

One of the many requirements to get a CCW Permit is that you must not only be a citizen, but you also must get your fingerprints scanned and then the state you are applying in and the FBI both run those fingerprint scans to make sure you are not a prohibited person to own a firearm.

What is required to get a college ID?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

Uh, because college IDs are issued by the colleges, themselves? Whereas concealed carry permits are issued by the state? That's kind of a significant difference. It's the same reason why you can get into a bar with a concealed carry permit but not a college ID. I was a bouncer for 5 years. The only IDs we accepted were drivers licenses, passports, and concealed carry permits.

Resident aliens can get CCW permits, but can't vote.
