The USA is a safer place without wild animal thugs like Michael Brown and Antonio Martin roaming the streets.

The police who killed these wild animal thugs are heroes.

Denial of what? You and your ilk keep claiming about all the evidence that shows he attacks him and when I ask for it you can't produce it.

The Ferguson grand jury heard more then the Brown case ffs that jury group was formed BEFORE he was shot and heard more then this case.

Just admit you have no idea what you are talking about. Actually research something and you wont sound so utterly biased.

    - - - Updated - - -

No. Actually it has been presented to you in about 10 threads you ignore it.

No I have not seen one eyewitness testimony of Officer Wilson being attacked in his car and no one can explain the photos of Officer Wilson with no injuries after the so-called attack. I am pretty sure if a 280lb man punches you in the face it is going to show.

Amen brother. Jury trials and grand jury processes are inherently racist and offer no accountability to people of the colors. Trials should be done by social justice activists who can judge the totality of the circumstances including the effect of white male privilege and it's insidious effects throughout history.

    - - - Updated - - -

I also have stayed away from reading the grand jury excerpts. This is obviously about race, what other possible reason would Wilson have had to get into a confrontation with brown over?

what photos were you shown. The ones I saw clearly showed he had been punched. In fact they look identical to the ones I got in my teen years of brawling. You know rocky 1 though 5 isnt reality right? No one can sustain haymakers being landed for an hour. What did his face need to be leaking brain in order for you to accept reality? Lets face it..even if it was you would be making some other excuse. Face it, brown was a criminal and got what he brought upon himself. Still waiting for you to tell the forum what wilson was doing immediately prior to the incident. Hide from the truth some more and keep ignoring it.

I heard the cops were making a routine safety patrol.

Good thing, too. Who knows how many innocent people the armed thug would have killed had he not been killed himself.

    Good riddance!

Makeup some more bull(*)(*)(*)(*). We all know about the REAL Michael Brown, and that is was HE who was preying on the community. This latest THUG pointed a gun at police

It is not about some abstract concept of "justice", at all; it is about CRIMINALS COMMITTING CRIMES,and POLICE doing their jobs.

I wish the NYPD and St.Louis-area cops would take TWO WEEKS OFF; I like to hear the song everyone would be singing, then.

    - - - Updated - - -

The autopsy showed that Brown had been wounded in Wilson's car. Keep denying the known facts, including Brown's PROVEN, VIOLENT CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.

Please point out where they show that.

Who were you brawling with, Kermit the Frog.

No it is you folks who claiming the photos, forensic evidence and eyewitness accounts prove he was attacked. If you look at those photos I posted there isn't a scratch on him and please don't try and hand me that bull(*)(*)(*)(*) about if you were struck in the face by a 290lb young man it wouldn't show. I haven't seen one eyewitness account describing how this altercation started and Brown's blood in his vehicle doesn't prove that Brown attacked him.

Interesting observation. The community doesn't get the trial, the trial belongs to the state (the body politic, not the territorial jurisdiction). It can't really be any other way. If the community gets the trial then it's likely to be in a kangaroo court. But if the state gets the trial then it's under the control of the body politic and can be manipulated quite easily unless there are effective, external checks and balances. I think I prefer the latter, even with its faults. But that preference is definitely coloured by an acknowledgement of the need for external supervision.

I had to quote the entire post but what I focused on was on the requirement for accountability. At a very general and abstract level having a police force or individual officers without accountability is a huge problem. I'm very familiar how it works in my country but not so much on how it works in the US. I read a lot about departmental policy guiding actions and presumably providing some sort of defence for police officers accused of wrongdoing. In my country that means absolutely nothing. Not observing policy will get a cop in disciplinary trouble but it won't affect his or her personal liability whether that be criminal or civil (tortious). In fact in my own experience a department will always hang an allegedly errant copper out to dry and his or her only help is from the association or union. This has though a beneficial effect on police behaviour in that the threat of criminal or civil sanction can really, as Dr Johnson put it, concentrate the mind.

You're missing the point. The only reason you people believe these police are being "irresponsible" is because of the misinformation and incomplete information that the media is feeding you specifically to make you act like this. Nobody that has done their research and fact checked most of these cases still believes that these were innocent victims. The Garner case is the only questionable one. The others are not even debatable.

These people aren't getting indicted because the evidence isn't there to indict them. And all it takes is a few clicks around the internet to see that evidence for yourself. But most of you guys don't care about the evidence. Because all that matters to you is validating your feelings. Who needs facts when you've got feelings?

Why? They were lifelong Democrats. And before you start with the tired old "parties switched sides" argument, let me remind you that Fred Phelps got an award from the NAACP for his work with Civil Rights. I assume you think the Democrats are the champions of Civil Rights, correct?

You mean like Timor Rice, the child playing in the park when the cops drove across the lawn, popped out of the car and opened fire? Yes, I would agree this case is not even debatable. The best I've heard is "well, children MIGHT be armed, and MIGHT be reaching for a gun, so it was right to gun him down." Of course, this could be true of ANY child, right? So I agree, no debate in that case.

And how about Crawford, shopping in WalMart when the cops charged in and opened fire without even a warning? The best "defense" I've heard of THAT case is that the cops were misled by a 911 caller whose description of Crawford was, uh, imaginative. The cops didn't even LOOK to see if the guy matched the description. I'd say there is no debate about that one either.

And how about the guy who was shot in a stairwell, who basically was gunned down because the cops were nervous and the stairwell was dark? Not much debate there either.

Except for the dead bodies, of course.

You can say THAT again. So I've given you some facts about several cases here. How do you FEEL about them?

You missed the point yourself. The point was that Phelps is white, you are white, therefore you are a bigot. Remember, this was in response to one person after another saying blacks are thugs, this child was black, therefore he MIGHT shoot the cop with his toy!

The problem is it does show. Im sorry but you probably watch too many movies or are sort of detached from reality if you dont see it or grasp what bruises from a real punch look like. Believe it or not they dont make movie sounds either when you get punched.
Sorry as I said I live in reality not rocky III. Those pictures clearly show he was punched....by even an untrained eye. If your child went to the doctors and had those same marks you would be looking at charges of abuse. Unless you get punched in the nose the marks seen in those pictures are indicative of being punched. Punches dont leave scratches they leave red marks exactly like in the pictures which anyone who has ever been in a fight or has seen one knows. Dude...no offense but you are in denial. I get it but you need to accept the evidence. Your attitude and people with the like are going to get more innocent officers and black youths killed. Do you really want that? I dont which is why I feel so strongly about this.
You event flat out refuse to acknowledge what wilson was doing immediately before the incident with brown because what wilson was factually doing doesnt fit this media inflicted racist alternate reality.
You say you want facts but cant bring yourself to write out them out. That should tell you something about your position in this.
If the evidence showed he murdered brown Id be there with you but it simply doesnt.
Dont you ever wonder why the leftist media loves spinning these stories and getting people worked into a frenzy? Do you think its because they want to save future black youths lives? Or do you think their pockets and motives are much better suited to covering a race war? I am more angry that the media is playing you more than I am you disagree. They want you to be angry and they want police to be angry and responding with hair triggers against blacks.
The media is killing more black youths than any cops ever will. This is no different than pitting dogs against one another for profit. Look at how the media only shows blacks acting like animals and bad cop stories. You dont ever see the cops who do good things in the same proportion do you? In fact only recently did they start doing that because they got called on inciting violence. Its a sad time in this nation right now.

LOL, wow that was a real knee slapper. News for you genius do you really think you are the only one who has ever been in a fist fight.

    That's your hero, not mine.

LOL that dude has one little red mark on his right cheek which he could have done shaving. Also if he was in his patrol car the left side of his face would have gotten punched not the right side or was he driving a mail truck.

LOL, that is the same sorry ass excuse racist used when they were lynching folks back in the day. Oh they are at fault because they are wanting equality, so it is making us go out and hang them to shut them up.

    What was he doing?
Yea I just bet you would.

You are posting paragraph after paragraph and you ain't saying nothing. Just give me the eyewitness account that saw Brown attack Officer Wilson and we can call it a rap. As far as, those picture go there isn't anything no where near indicating that he was suckerpunched, slapped, bit, scratched, etc.

The Rice/Crawford cases are horrible cases, and I think we're underlooking how much the dispatcher has to do with these cases(especially the Rice case). I haven't seen any links on here pertaining to the Rice case lately, but PLEASE tell me she was fired. Whether she likes it or not, she neglected to do her duty, costing that kid his life. She doesn't have the right or privilege to omit or shorten information, her job as a dispatch is to relay the information as it comes in.

Her epic failure in this case, actually leads me to doubt whether or not we could get an indictment for the Officer. Hear me out : The Officer reacts based on information he/she receives from the dispatch. But, what if that information is wrong? Should the PO not have liability protection when a wrench is thrown in? There was another example of how a bad tip in a drug raid killed a baby.

Now, as they pulled up they were definitely close enough to identify the kid as a kid, so we can't say the officer went in totally oblivious to the fact. But the bias was implanted by that incompetent dispatch and we can't completely overlook it either. If I make the argument for Reckless Endangerment, it'll probably be on the grounds that a police officer's first priority is to make the arrest, and the video clearly shows the officer made no remote attempt at that.

But life sucks when another person's lazy actions can cost you your life, at the very least she should lose her profession as a consequence.

    I've got some advice...

    STOP BREAKING THE LAW (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)

I'm so sick of hearing people blame everyone from cops to society for these people's stupid decisions.

Michael Brown deserved everything he got. It was done exactly by the book (if you had any LE experience whatsoever which I'm sure 99% of PF doesnt).

That stupid kid who took a bullet for a pair of air Jordan's. Who's fault was that?

That stupid kid in Missouri who pulled a gun on a cop. "But my baby was a future astronaut and a boy scout and he ain't have no gun he was just visiting his girlfriend". Her resemblance of a crack whore aside, either she was lying or she's too stupid to know her son was living the typical GTAV thug life.

Quit making excuses for these people. There are, literally, 100,000,001 things they could habe done differently and didnt. Their mistake, their life. Toss them in and a hole and forget about them.

The kid literally pointed a gun (real or not) directly at the officers face.

Are you one of those ignorant people who think cops should wait to be fired at first to return fire? We tried that in Afghanistan and it led to a lot of shot up Americans, just to make the Afghanis happy (which it didn't really).

I'm sorry but if you point a gun at a cop, you lose. They made the mistake of driving up so close to the kid, but once they were there, the kid walked up to the officers car with a gun in his hand and pointed it directly at the windshield.

Another case of bad parenting. Kid never had a chance from the day he was born.
