seems the southern conservatives are mostly republicans that defend the confederate statues stay up, why is that? how about we move them to Trump golf courses? would the fine people there mind?

it's a good argument, but then we need to know why the white guy allowed and the black guy not allowed

and they may have a good reason, it may of been based on prior encounters with the man, I just do not know yet

but yes, I can see why places may do this, here in my state I do not see any business locking restrooms, but as I travel the country I have seen this, always wondered why

your right, has to be all or nothing or claims like this happen

why should the tax payers fund the losers statues in the middle of town to promote their greatness, why should black tax payers have to pay for them? these statues were erected during the fight for civil rights, they were never put up for good reasons

like I said, move the confederate statues somewhere else like maybe Trump golf courses, maybe to Trump's Presidential library

 

Because they fought and died protecting our state from an invasion by the United States Army and Navy when we were another country.

 

So do we allow by law that it is the businesses discretion, it is their private business which cost them keep clean and need the seats filled with paying customer, or by law force them to allow anyone to simply walk into their private business and make use of their property using products in the restroom they have to pay for and requiring extra cleaning labor and then take up space that a paying customer coming in not seeing any empty space may turn around and walk out and that space has to be cleaned after they use it.

 

we force them by law not to discriminate based on race, gender or religions who they allow to use the restroom... non-paying customers is their discretion to allow or not

If that's what the citizens of the towns wanted then tough. Why should I fund statues of left wingers I don't agree. BTW I wouldn't call those confederates losers, because it appears round 2 is just around the corner. Payback is beyach.

Then these guys do not have a case and were properly removed and the other guy in the video has no case.

 

this is a different case then the one where they were removed, in that case, I think they the two men have no case
for this one, we will have to wait and see what reason the business gives for allowing the white man to use the bathroom and not the black man, if the black man had been trouble for the business in the past, then no case there either

 

slavery was wrong, they were trying to defend it, stupid and many died because they thought they had a God given right to own slaves.. Sad!

 

And the Union had legal slavery and was not trying to end it, they were trying to get some slaves states that had left BACK INTO THE UNION.

I don't think any of them do this guy or the others as you said it is their discretion and from the video it seems this is not the first time this guy has been there to cause a scene.

If the North had offered compensation to Southern slave owners there wouldn't have been a problem. It never was when this approach was taken. Slavery would have ended anyway. The slavery excuse is getting old.

 

Honest question, What do you americans have from allowing blacks in your country? Its only a massive burden on evry aspect and creats gaga discussions. Deport them.

You need some comprehension. Compensation was to the slave owners. This concept worked every time it was used and if applied in the US there would have been no confederacy. It has nothing to do with reparations. However, I'm up for the idea of repatriations.
