It's Trump's wall not the vehicle barriers that Obama built along the border that keeps vehicles out of the USA but allowed hundreds of thousands to cross the border on foot.

Somehow blocking assets of Iran and international criminals doesn't seem in the same league as taking billions from the military to build a monument.

Wait, that was an emergency order? And why do Trump's attempts at ending DACA keep getting shot down by the courts if unconstitutional?
The diverting of funds earmarked to protect our soldiers and make their lives better to build a monument is flat out wrong. We're not talking raising the debt to do it but actually taking funds from military construction projects.

 

At least the NE is lawful as opposed to Obama's EO. The DACA issue is still in the courts.

DACA has been ruled lawful and the supreme Court chose not to take it up yet. Not to mention by 70% of Americans support it. I wouldn't be the least surprised if Trump's action to build a monument gets shot down taking the law itself with it and the supreme Court let's the lower court ruling stand without a hearing.

 

You are wrong. SCOTUS did not take up the WH request to go direct and bypass the ninth. It will have to work it's way through the ninth processes before it gets to SCOTUS.
