Stolen election, can we get it back?

I am familiar with what lawsuits the Trump team is presenting and I know their claims. I do not know what the courts will decide. There are no links for something that is going to happen in the near future, within the next 24 days.

 

There should be links regarding the lawsuits. Otherwise how do you know about them? Hearsay?

 

Yea - but Trump will never concede on any level no matter what - so it's a bit of a moot point.

I'm keeping up with the people who are involved in the lawsuits firsthand. Everything right now could either be considered hearsay or considered credible evidence. That's what we're waiting for. The courts decide which is the case.

You've diverted from the subject that the difference between 2016 and 2020 is that one race was conceded and one was challenged. And that fact is why we are where we are today.

 

Everything is "alleged" until courts make the call in the future. That is the nature of court cases. Burden of proof is on the Trump team. It is what it is. I don't care if you aren't curious enough to keep up with the day-to-day details,and it doesn't matter. Knowing the current events won't effect the outcome.

 

On this day in 2016, the vote was not yet certified and the EC had not yet voted.
On this day in 2020, the vote is not yet certified and the EC has not yet voted.

You claimed in your initial post that the vote had to be certified before a President was official ... whatever.

 

The vote does need to be certified now to end the election, because Trump has presented legal challenges. Yes, Trump could concede before December 8th and that would also end the election, but the odds of him doing that are practically nil.

This is seriously not rocket science. We are waiting on the courts.

 

You misunderstand. I already know everything is based on hearsay because everything Trump claims of votes being “deleted” or “switched” was baseless and already shown to be such. He’s trying to throw as much crap as he can against the wall hoping something will stick. Which is why I keep asking people like you for any proof and why people like you are unable to provide such proof. If you had it you would be all too happy to throw it in my face.

 

The courts' opinions may disagree with your opinion. Or they may agree. I can't predict what will happen in court.

There is no point in me linking hours and hours of videos I've watched over the last week. Your mind is clearly made up and closed to anything contrary, and that is fine. As for me, I'm remaining neutral and letting the court's do their job.

 

You're incorrect. My mind is not made up. I'm all for seeing proof...any real proof. The funny thing is, no one seems to be able to show any real proof. Even Trump's claims have been debunked. But, I'll keep asking for proof and keep getting the same excuses as to why people are unable to show this proof. And no, you're far from remaining neutral as you believe there is proof, based on your comment about hours and hours of videos.

 

I never said I believe there is proof. I have said I keep up to date on what voter irregularities are alleged. Trump's team has the burden of proof. The court's will decide. Those are the facts as they stand today.

The news is full of reports that the federal and state government agencies are calling trump a liar for pushing the voter fraud stunt.

It would have been much better had Trump not made up the fiction in the first place that convinced so many people to doubt Democracy. The whole world is going to suffer because of his pestilence. His disease will be used by those who lose to democracy to justify ending democracy. Even when he loses badly in court it won't change the minds of the faithful, they'll simply claim crooked judges even though odds are he'll be ruled against by judges he appoited. The supreme court won't take up any of the cases because it's the state's job. Had there been "massive fraud" across states then perhaps but since Team Trump can't come up with more than small isolated instances not likely.
