    Wait........."Waa the bad guys been shot waa" then "the shop owner probably saved his life. Cops see a gun in your hand and they usually shoot to kill.".....isn't that what you want?

    He obviously made a habit of committing felonious robbery. What happens the next time if he's jumpy and plugs this guy? Bottom line: Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Don't commit felony armed robbery and you won't get shot fleeing the scene.

    Its sad this guy will go to prison. In my state he wouldn't have even been arrested.

    That is cheap. Around here Newports are 8 bucks and they're only 8 bucks because the government takes about 7 of the 8 bucks in taxes..

    In Crook County (Chicago) they're $12 a pack..

    This is why dudes get shot selling cigarettes.

    Robbery=death sentence in your neighborhood? What crime doesn't get the death sentence there or is that the standard punishment?

    The only stupid thing he did was live in Ohio. As stated in my state he wouldn't even have been arrested.

    He's not dead. You can call it a death sentence when the guy walks up and executes him while he's on the ground.

    And what if he does? You don't know how insurance works. It most certainly comes with a deductible. And filing a claim means insurance rates go up.

    And yes, it IS completely understandable to shoot some scummy sh1t. The only mistake the guy made was in aim.

    My justice system segregates dangerous criminals from peaceable society, and KEEPS them segregated until they are no longer dangerous. For our justice system to return KNOWN DANGEROUS criminals back into society is a failure of what should be their primary mission, and is the direct cause of the bulk of the violent crime we see today.
