"Most/least polluted states" narratives are no exception. CITIES is where the accurate focus lies, not gigantic, geographically and population diverse states. Of course, it's no surprise to anyone that the most air-polluted CITIES in the country are in California. In FACT, the false narratives on STATE pollution are specifically crafted to deflect and project that.
