Smollett, church burnings, banana peels in a tree, there are too many to mention. But that anti Islamic video really upset a lot of people, eh?
Let's say it says absolutely no Political attire on school grounds if what this story alleges happened truly did i would doubt the policy says physical rip the attire off of the student.. Speaking of questions about school policy i wonder what it says about physically touching a child in an agressive manner?
why because grown adults can't contain themselves at the sight of a child wearing it? Adults should know better c'mon
Ive been told not to comment on potential violations and just report them and let mods determine that..... just an fyi
Even if political pins are not allowed (we don't know that), the freakin' teacher should keep his grubby mitts to himself. He has no right to touch the girl. He has to go. Bye-bye.
“Crucified” is an interesting term What evidence were they basing the accusations on? All accusations of sexual misconduct should be taken seriously no?
Exactly! What evidence was there against Moore and Kavanaugh? Yet you guys completely bought into it. But just a few posts back you said the girl in this story could be seeking revenge. It is absolutely amazing how some people let their political emotions decide what their core beliefs will be. And you do think accusations of assault on a minor should be taken seriously, right? Or did your core beliefs just make a sudden adjustment?
I find it fascinating, but not in any way surprising. As we learned from the USSR and China, with the extreme left, political correctness is not the most important thing -- it is the only thing.
It was that video (hardly obscure in Lybia) that triggered the protests. It didn't motivate the Islamists I'll grant you but Benghazi was is pro-US hands (and the Islamists were killed to the man in short order by local militia), without the cover of civil unrest they'd never been able to attack. Assuming the attack was related in the moment was logical. But context has never been a strong point for Repubs. And then, in the aftermath, pretending Hillary somehow personally at fault? Ignoring the immediate CIA response and the actions of local allied militia to paint a picture of the US government not taking action to assist? Repeatedly dragging Hillary in front of the House for close to 2 years for no other reason than to accuse her of causing the attack on camera? You lot are the masters of hoaxes (let's not get started on the Bowling Green Massacre) and projection.
Oh, absolutely. But **** like this has a record. Remember Pizzagate? Starting wild rumors to score political points is a MAGA classic.
Sometimes fairness doesn’t work. Let’s say I have a behind the scenes rapport going with you and we have a friendly understanding, then in the open forum I take a friendly jab at you which might not seem very polite to a person on the outside, that’s when the hammers of misunderstanding start flying. A lot of us have been here for a long time, relationships develop and I talk to both the left and right as if I was sitting at the corner of the bar at Cheers. To a person who is looking for a problem to solve, that problem can sometimes be found in innocent bantering. BTW, I’m not Cliff Claven.
I would have had more sympathy with Kavanaugh if he hadn't lied his ass off about his yearbook (e.g., no teenage boy in the world has ever written or will write on another boy's yearbook "have you farted yet?") and about being a binge drinker for at least part of his life. I have nothing against drinkers, mind you, as an alcoholic myself. But I know exactly why Kavanaugh lied about his drinking: he didn't want to admit to having blackouts.
If it was reversed, a white male teacher, black femlae student, and Obama pin-al sharpton would be air dropped onto the school via parachute. Lifetime/hallmark would have a movie about it. The view would have the girl make an appearance. The evening "comics" would get teary eyed over it, and so on.
Wrong. Youtube, and indeed much of the internet was shut down in Libya, on account of hostilities there. The outrage, and the widespread viewings were in Egypt-as the film producer was Egyptian.
Fail. Political buttons are perfectly allowed by school policies. As quoted right above you. So he doesn't have any right to "cite policy and threaten detention". https://www.wilx.com/content/news/S...ls-off-her-Women-For-Trump-pin-565990631.html Article even links directly to the Mason student handbook. There's really no discussion on that point. Read threads before making conspiracy theories.
