A minor cannot consent. So I’m not sure why you brought that up except as an attempt to deflect the argument.

As for prostitution, it should be legal. The best way to combat the violence, exploitation, and trafficking involved is to legalize it and allow any woman who is being mistreated to come forward to prosecute the person victimizing her without worrying about going to jail herself.

The only reason it’s illegal is because of the same kind of christofascists who want to make it illegal for two consenting adults to have sex if they don’t like those consenting adults.

Based on your subjective morality and in opposition to individual rights and freedoms.

Pray tell how are you any different from an Islamofascist who wants Sharia Law enforced?

The unborn baby isn't the mother's body, often having a different gender and blood type.

Yes, homosexuals rights were continually violated by freedom-hating christofascists in line with your ideology.

    So what?

Smoking and drinking are bad personal freedoms. Should they be illegal? Eating so much you become obese is a bad personal freedom. Should it be illegal? Hating freedom and wanting the government to crush people’s rights is a bad personal freedom. Should your opinions be illegal?

Where did I say anything about ISIS? Are all Islamofascists members of ISIS?

Can I assume all Christofascists are Eric Rudolph or the Army of God guys?

There are always two sides to a story

Given that no one has been prosecuted, this seems like the reason why. You have not provided a better explanation for the lack of prosecution

Anyone notice how @Mac-7 continues to dance around the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment whenever I ask if he would want sodomy laws enforced against heterosexuals and for any heterosexual male/female who has ever received/given oral sex to go to prison? He refuses to answer the question because the truthful answer is that he only wants those laws enforced against homosexuals, meaning @Mac-7 knows those laws violate the Equal Protection Clause and thus are unconstitutional but his bigotry makes him not care.

I reject the notion that people with same sex feelings are a protected class, just as several SCOTUS justices have argued.

    Variations of cockroaches.

Where did Jesus say to do what they did?

Remember in the Bible when Jesus hated people and called them cockroaches? You are just like Jesus.

Where did Jesus say to put homosexuals in prison for consensual sex?

    LOL!

Everyone in this thread agrees that abstinence prevents pregnancy. But your fairy tale sky zombie can do magic to a 14 year olds womb.

    Cool story bra...

It actually said that a person had a right to privacy under the 14th amendment that had to be balanced against the Govts interest In protecting the life of the unborn child

He used a whip, overturned tables and told the Pharisees their father was the devil. He didn't get nailed to the cross by being diplomatic.

Where did I say that? Jesus would say to a repentant homosexual the same thing He said to the woman caught in adultery, "Your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more."

So you agree that there is no Christian requirement for laws that put homosexuals in prison or otherwise restrict their equal rights?

Jesus never told the government to do anything. The question of what to do with homosexual activity is up to American citizens who make the laws, the Constitution is silent on that subject, as four SCOTUS justices argued in the gay marriage case.

The Constitution is silent on that subject because just maybe it was of no import to the founders, and they had a lot more important sh!t to accomplish.

So the recent SCOTUS decision on gay marriage invented a newly minted right, just like Roe v. Wade.

    Hardly.
Marriage has been recognized by the gov't for a long long time. But some were excluded from marrying. That was corrected.
R v W simply gave women the right to choose. And not the gov't. Less gov't intrusion into personal lives. A good thing, right?

Rights aren't "minted". They are inherent irregardless of the document that lists them specifically.

Your right to self defense (The 2nd Amendment) existed before the Bill of Rights was ratified, as did your right to speak freely (The 1st Amendment).

Roe v. Wade affirmed a woman's right to control her own body. It didn't bestow anything new, it simply codified it into law so jackwagons on a Jesus high couldn't tell woman how to control their wombs.
