Trump could request the fbi check on this

Yes, but the people involved say the videos were edited in a misleading way. This issue could easily be addressed by releasing The unedited videos. Also, if this illegal activity had actually happened, there would be an extensive paper trail for the many transactions
But that is a point that i am making. There are standard processes Available to investigate and prosecute. As yet it does not seem like any investigation has taken place.

    given the enormous publicity
Given conservative political motive wanting such investigation
Given conservative political control and appointment of prosecutors
There is no reasonablevexplanation of why an investigation has not even started
Except for the possibility that when people responsible look at the facts.... they are unable to find a basis to support prosecution
And the only way in which that would be true is if it were the case that the videos were edited in a misleading way...hence no actual criminal case to prosecute. Hence it seems PP IS not selling baby parts

Not relevant at all. It’s why those states will be paying PP.

The PP tapes speak for themselves and they didn't need or use embryonic stem cells and don't now.

"The cells that the scientists used to achieve this understanding would not have been available just ten years ago. In 2007 a Japanese team found that it was possible to turn adult cells into highly potent stem cells that resemble embryonic stem cells, which have the ability to turn into all of the more than-200 kinds of cell in the adult human. These induced pluripotent stem cells were the essential ingredients in the Zika virus experiment."

For now that doesn't refute what I claimed. This decision was not based on merits but on who had standing. The states will pass laws that then comply with the porition of the statute I cited.

Or course not and for now. Shame because there are so many more hospitals and women's health clinics that do more for poor women especially in rural areas. The money could be better spent.

I reiterate that the president has the clear power to request the fbi to investigate anything that he feels needs investigation

What the president does not have the authority to do is to prejudge the findings of thar investigation
If the president DOES request an investigation,
He necessarily must accept the possibility that the investigation will find nothing amiss
Which would essentially confirm innocence, rather than asserted guilt

I wish trump would order the DOJ to go after planned parenthood

But in case you havent noticed he does not get along very well with the Deep State and they would probably not take time away from investigating him

There is NO need to "go after" Planned Parenthood.

They have to account to the government under the Hayes Act and have NEVER been found to be "cheating".
