    Yes, you're absolutely correct! 'Baby' and 'fetus' are two different words!

    Yeah, you can't abort a BORN baby! 'BORN' baby being the only type of baby in YOUR mind. 'UNBORN' baby ALSO being a baby in the minds of every single pregnant women in the history of the world, who refer to their 'BABY', not their FETUS!

    Most Americans aren't aware to the extent it's going on.

    If they overturn a lower federal court ruling, it could end up automatically kicking it back to the state courts.

    You all know this law isn't about abortions, right? It's about the doctor having hospital privilege's so they can admit the women to a hospital if things go wrong so they don't have to die in the clinic.

    Thank you for establishing that you do not know what the Supreme Court undue burden standard means when it comes to defining the constitutionality of legislation.

    Would you be in favor of requiring that every gun owner must undergo a psychological examination before being allowed to purchase a gun?

    A fetus is a fetus and a baby is a baby and NO one, no matter what the call either, can change that.

    Why do you have such a hard time with this issue???

    Every pregnant women who has referred to it as their baby, disagrees with you.

    Because it's not at all true and I have a hard time understanding untrue stuff. Why do you have such a hard time understanding that 'baby' is not defined as BORN, and therefore the point that it becomes a baby is a matter of opinion? Just find me the definition of 'baby' that mentions birth.

    Well you believe that a fetus changes into a baby don't you? Therefore this ludicrous analogy doesn't work! :roflol:

    HOW would YOU know what every pregnant woman thinks? Answer: you don't.

    For the thousandth time, anyone may call a fetus anything they choose. However, scientifically a fetus is a fetus and NO one can change that fact.

    Stages in human life have been explained to you....if someone believes human beings don't have stages of life I sure can't change their minds


    Calling a fetus a baby does not change it into a baby.
    THAT is the analogy that went over your head.
